Coast Bastion Hotel

When they advertised a balcony I thought we would be able to site on it but we couldn?t. Only negative otherwise happy either the room. I like that carpet has been replaced with vinyl plank.

Close to the ferry, huge rooms and easycheck in.

Great location

The room smelled very badly of cleaning products, laundry additives and odor removers. We had to keep the patio door open to try to air it out. All of our clothing stank due to exposure. Towels were heavy with fabric softeners. Hand soap stank as well.

parking and no bellman for luggage assistance. no parking at the enterance, there is a very small loading zone to check in and to unload luggage yourself, while others are waiting for your spot. if it's busy it's very stressful.

Was my 65th birthday on the 16th. I did ask for an upgrade, I think I got a room few floors higher then original room booked, pretty lame.

The staff! Th way we’re welcoming, friendly, helpful. It’s the staff that make the experience and is go back because of them!

We had a great view of the harbour room was very clean Staff was very friendly and accommodating

First thing that I noticed when entering the room was the smell of fresh linen. The room waS a good size, bright and clean with an amazing view of the harbour and ocean. The bed was comfortable and lot of restaurants within walk distance.

They reuse their bottle of hand soap dispenser, body wash ect.. that kinda turned me off due to the current situation we are facing. Parking was a little confusing at first had to drive around the block a few times until there was room to park in front .

Large room with beautiful view in a prime location.

Checked in after 4 and had to wait for the room to be cleaned.

We did not like the parking as it was a long walk from the parkade up to lobby then to the elevators going up to the floors.Not good for handicapped people.

Location, staff, beds, pillows, towels, Barts Pub! Most excellent hotel I have stayed at in awhile.

One person at the front desk was having a tough day - pretty grumpy, though highly efficient, guy.

Courteous staff, nice, clean, well-equipped rooms and great views.

The location and amenities were more than expected

No individual room climate control. During an extremely hot spell, it would have been nice to have air conditioning.

central location, easy walking distance to shops, harbour, parks. Nice restaurant.would happily stay again.

rooms were stylish and well-appointed. There was a first class restaurant on site. The location of the hotel (downtown and next to the waterfront) was perfect. Management was very accomodating.

Room was next to the elevators, So it was noisy for few hours in the morning.

Staff, room, location was great. The description match the actual property to the t... Except for We were disappointed that there was no continental breakfast included as described.

Description includes free continental breakfast... there was none!!
