- Phenomenal staff. From staff at valet parking, staff at check in , staff at guest services and staff at the buffet egg station. It was a pleasure meeting them all
- The hotel was definitely all about luxury. The view was spectacular from our room. We enjoyed the juliette balcony and the fireplace. The refrigerator was appreciated and came in handy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

- Too noisy
- Luggage’s carts would be great. Parking price is outrageous so we parked elsewhere
- I felt the parking fee should have been included in the room rate. With all the taxes and parking counted to almost $400/day. This was a splurge trip for us. We only stayed 3 nights. It would have been unaffordable to have stayed longer.
