Nice room, clean, close to airport

Staff was friendly and helpful.

There was hair in the sink and tub. There was also a pair of used panties in the room.

Airport shuttle was convenient. Room was large but smelled funny.

Friendly staff. Cute duck! Clean. Bath tub! Free shuttle to airport.

We were on the backside from a busy road so it was very quiet for us. Also the heavy drapes allowed it to be very dark at night, making it good for sleeping. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean.

There was some vomit in the stairwell from some uncouth hotel patron/s that remained there the whole six days of our stay.

Everything was chic and thoughtful. There were little clever jokes everywhere - on the soap, the hotel marquee, the check-in papers. The bed was great. The pillows were so comfy. It was 5-star quality bedding.

The bathtub is very slippery when taking a shower. Need more gripper on the bottom of the tub. Fell in shower

The area, staff was outstanding. Hotel wasn?t busy so didn?t have anyone in the rooms on both side, it was nice and quiet

The room are getting old time to remodel, especially put new carpet in

I was informed of all the inclusive and trying to call front desk for wifi password and breakfast time. No answer at front desk just after checking in. Then informed I did not pay for the breakfast with the room.

there is laundry service on site. Washer and dryer available for use with payment by coin. Shuttle service to airport is good.

Hotel unit door directly facing courtyard. a bit noisy when people chatting in courtyard at late night.

Wow, this hotel was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helped us to see the hot spots of the city.

They did have a microwave for guests but it's in the laundry room. We saw it accidentally when checking the laundry machines out.

A few rooms surrounding mine were rental to construction workers who were talking loudly through the night. Smell of marijuana gave me a big headache.

Very friendly and efficient staff working front desk. Clean room. Updated bed and electronic plug in's around the room. The deal with local Taxi cabs within the airport area.
