This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon check-in, photo identification and a credit card is required. The credit card will be approved for the room rate for all nights and an additional 30% to cover taxes and incidentals. In the event the account is exceeded, the approval credit card will be automatically approved again to cover the extra charges. Third Party Credit Card authorizations forms are not accepted.
