Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Underground parking. Short walk to mall & other shopping.

The room was large and amazing. So comfortable. I liked that we were able to connect our phone to the Tv and watch from our Apps. We needed a Taxi at 1:30 AM and they were quick to call and get us a ride.

The location is really good - near to the mall The staff at the reception area were great

The staffs at the breakfast buffet were not great at all. They looked not tranied well. When I entered the area, one staff greeted me which was nice. But after I took a seat, no one came to me so I did not have any water or coffee for about an hour.

There was a tremendous amount of noise in the hallway all the time.

Underground parking is great. But needs to be a no charge Good staff on hand. Nice room furniture and layout.

Nice view and good room design.

Bath instead of a shower is weird. And both the beth and sink had shaved hair in them. Two light fixtures were broken.

Clean facility and very comfortable beds.

Swimming Pool is outdoors and the temperature isn't always suitable.

The cleanliness was superb! The couch, size of the room and decor made it comfortable. The soaps and shampoo were good sizes and smelled so clean and refreshing.

I was not happy that mask exemption was not honored! The choice to make everyone wear masks is the motels decision, even though the mask mandate was lifted! I also feel so bad for the employees having to wear masks when it was so hot! Poor ¿science!¿

Nice clean room, comfortable bed.

Was not expecting to pay $15/ night parking. Also, hour long wait to order food for pick up. No sit down dining.

Loud staff Loud doors

 the front desk worked out a noise issue and expedited everything asked of him. Hotel employee working the desk at night clearly was struggling and continued to fail answering an emergency call which is dangerous in the world today. Overall not bad.

reception service have plenty of room to be improved. loud music at hotel bar outdated and old property no proper security at parking garage-no entry gates and anybody can walk in/out garage. vancouver metro is very high crime- theft-area

It was clean and spacious especially for the price $-- deal.

I thought it was weird that we couldn't make coffee in our room without being charged and there was no microwave to heat water. We had room service one night, but it wasn't that good. the man who served us, was a delight though.

You definitely need a car as this hotel is based in Surrey. 40-60mins drive to downtown depending on the traffic.

The staff was very freindly and the one fellow went over and above what was expected when we had car trouble! The location was great and the hotel was beautiful! We enjoyed the pool with the lovely plants.

Hotel is non-smoking by you could smell pot in the hallway,so the non-smoking policy is not strictly enforced.Also,rooms across the hallway were very noisy all day,reported this to the front desk, the response was only after 10 PM they could send security

Very clean and comfortable room with friendly staff.

There was an event with a LOT of youth that seemed to not have much if any adult supervision. A lot of noise in the hall outside our room to late hours & slamming doors constantly. Elevators were difficult to navigate with so many people & rude behavior.
