- The location was amazing. The facility was more than I could of asked for considering the price. Just an an all round fantastic experience.

- I didn't get the room I paid for
- Check-in was poor. They put us in a room that was noisy with partying students. We requested the room that we originally paid for facing Trinity Church. In the room, there was poor quality soap, towels and other amenities. Did not meet expectations.
- Room didn?t seem to get cool enough. Safe didn?t work and we asked 2 times to get it fixed. Nobody came up or even called us about it.
