This completely nonsmoking full-service resort, spa and conference center is located in Niagara-on-the-Lake and features luxurious amenities, elegant accommodations and a large variety of on-site activities. The White Oaks Conference and Resort Spa features a variety of first-class amenities, including double pillow-top mattresses and goose-down duvets. - The entire staff from cleaners. Spa staff conceiige. Front desk and resteraunt staff were all amazing
- Location and the grounds are beautiful and they have fresh flowers throughout!
- Beautiful grounds, staff was awesome. Bar area was very nice. Very comfortable beds
Cons -
- room air unit was a little stinky ---new filter may help
- Ac was not working properly spraying water into room. Slight smell due to that. Was refunded a couple buck that I did not ask for.
- Parking was terrible and no valet attendants when driving up to front door 2 of 3 days we stayed.
