Delta Hotels Ottawa City Centre

Perfect location, quiet but near all the attractions

Queen rooms are not yet renovated and very run down. Other parts of the hotel are improved

Location. Very nice staff

Room is very clean , but dated . Could use update

Ice machine and location

Bed was a bit creaky

super location, friendly staff, lots of parking space in the basement garage

parking spots are tight, garage has a 6 ft height restriction

The Buffet and staff, all of them very kind and willing to help

The rate was to high

Central location and connectivity via O-train

Room service was a little slow at times

staff amazing and helpful, clean, great vanity products,

no microwave (had to be delivered to room at request.)..room phone didnt work but front desk got me a cab quickly....PARKING $25

Location and room was very clean.

The bed mattress appeared old and soft, sinking in the middle. Something a little firmer would be nice.

The hotel was in a very good location for tourist attractions and within walking distance of many shopping locations and restaurants. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The room had a fridge but no microwave so we couldn't heat any food even if it were in the fridge. The pool hours were only 6pm-10pm.

Cleanness friendly staff

I left a short with$100 in it when checked out. I called to find out and no one seems care

staff and location

old room not maintain, a/c not working correctly

Friendly and helpful staff.

Room was short a towel, coffee pods, and chair was a bit dirty.

Service was great location was good clean room and public areas as well

Room was tiny washroom was small and designed poorly

Prime Location, very close to Canadian parliament and other downtown attractions.

If you have large vehicle, basement parking is not for you. You have to park on the street.

The pool was awesome, the staff were really nice, the dessert in the restaurant was very good (we didn't eat the dinner).

The bathroom is very very very small

Great view. Good location. Helpful friendly staff.

Small thing... coffee machine had one reg coffee, one decaf and paper cups. Mugs would have been nicer, and a few more coffee packets and creamer

The staff was nice and the foyer looked very stunning. They had good amenities as well and the location is nice.

For a four-star hotel, I was expecting more but it was similar to the three-star hotels that I have been in before for much cheaper. The bathroom was much smaller than I expected but other than that my experience was good.

Clean, comfortable, inviting.

Location is unfortunately not great, not many food options in near vicinity. Area at night is pretty much dead. They used to charge $8 for weekend parking, now $20 :(

Everyone was very polite efficient knowledgeable

I didn¿t like the fact that the sides of the washroom were soiled and the closet door was banged up Small repairs should be done A rubber was hanging from the window

Location is perfect for tourism in downtown Staff is great Restaurant can improve a little bit, but is still good
