This is a beautifully renovation of an older property. The staff were great and we very much enjoyed the quality of the beds.

The room with the toilet and tub was tiny and it made it quite difficult to close the door from inside.

Old equipment, air conditioner was loud and vibration noisy. The unit shut down at 12:30 AM, we just had to deal with it! An old building with shed infrastructure. Never again going to select a Coast property.

Jody at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us! We wanted to switch our booking to a larger room, as we knew we would need a gathering spot for a lot of family, who were arriving for a Celebration of Life, and after many phone calls and changes , she made it happen! The room was perfect for what we needed it for, as well as being right by an exit for ease of loading and unloading. Their breakfast was amazing, and every single staff member was friendly and helpful.

Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room (116) was very clean, furniture was in good shape (no scratches or nicks), carpet was clean, bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable. We had just stayed 3 nights at the Resort at Cypress Hills and our room at the Coast was better than the Resort for a lot less money. Breakfast in the morning was very good with a lot of selections - lady doing the cooking was very friendly and we had a nice chat with her as was the front desk clerk when we were checking out. If ever coming thru this way again based on this experience we would certainly stay here again.

The room was nice and clean, the beds were comfy, but there were just a lot of working men staying there at the time, so it was pretty loud, pretty early. I found the problem was made worse by the lack of sound insulation in the room, I literally thought the window was open when we first got in the room and sadly it wasn't. I couldn't sleep past 5:30 which made for a rough day on the road.

Have stayed here many times, I like the location, has a good continental breakfast, the price was on special this time so saved some money, I used the gym to keep up my workouts daily. Has Smileys bar and restraunt attached as well…

Our 1st night, we were booked on the second floor, there is a long steep stairway, with no elevator.My wife has vertigo, and Cataracts, So had difficulty with the stairs… didn’t have a lower main floor room til the next day for our 4 day stay. She was a little stressed about that, but was fine,

It was clean, comfortable, felt safe and had what I needed for the night.

Wasn’t crazy about the restaurant.

Had to buy your breakfast! Tv wasn’t working. They didn’t remove snow by walkways.

Hotel and room were clean, modern.

I didn't care for continental breakfast. Breakfast started at 730am, we arrived at 745am. The lady that runs the breakfast she was not very personable. The food was cold (sausages) eggs. There was only 6 sausages in container, I asked if she had bacon, she said yes we do but I'm not cooking it it cost to much. When we arrived she just rolled her eyes and asked if we're here for breakfast and did a huff sound and went into the kitchen. Muffins were only 1 variety and they were dry. Not impressed, will have breakfast there again but will will definitely book a room there again.

Convenient for a one night stay.

Windows dirty (from prior pet in the space). Could use a bit of a face lift. I'm guessing the other rooms may be better, because we had a pet friendly room.

It was very clean in a good location and the staff were very friendly.

The ceiling fan in the bathroom came on when you turned on the light.

The staff were friendly and approachable. They accommodated a play yard too. I love the motel and hotel feel. The Room was bigger than expected and perfect for my family.

The bed linens were not comfortable or breathable. Shower was outdated and small. The bed was okay but for the price it makes sense. I sincerely hope a renovation happens.
