Bathroom smell was like 😐 . Parking not available,not even valet . You have to park in public garage.

Centrally located to Whistler Village. Well kept. Staff went out of their way to make sure of a good experience and they were helpful and friendly. Our room was upgraded on arrival to a little bigger room without charge

Parking fees of $35/night plus $50+ resort fees feels much like you're getting nothing in return for the close to $100/day extra fee. If you must have parking then it makes some sense to pay an extra $5/day for the valet parking.

$--- for 1 night, no parking, got my room number wrong and fought me on it, the morning all we could hear is banging and yelling from inside and outside of the room.

We love this pet friendly location for its proximity to the village stroll, bike valet and in room kitchen.

spacious rooms , close to gondola

reception on first day was not really that welcoming (no smile,no kind greeting,no kind interaction with us as "guests").He gave me the yellow slip for parking but he did not tell me that I need the room key to open the gate! So I had to go back.

we love the location staff was friendly and helpful, and they remember the special occasion that we were therefore top-notch

The hotel was clean, comfortable and perfectly located on the edge of the Village Centre. It was just far enough away to be quieter but also close enough to the gondolas, restaurants, stores and activities. They made our anniversary trip very special.

Location. Probably closest hotel to lifts. Complimentary ski valet and storage. Indoor and outdoor hot tub.

Terrible wifi. Practically useless. If you need wifi, don¿t stay at this hotel.

Did some research before the booking and already knew what I would expect or experience. Location is excellent. Every other things are just on average or even below. Services are non-existent basically. An old guy at front desk is rude and impatient.

Main washrooms were dirty Pay parking - absolutely ridiculous For ~$--- a night we wished for a better view, we asked but got denied

I really Love it and they gave me tha 8th floor and so very nice view and also room very clean

Smooth check in, nice pool and amenities, clean and very nice staff!

One thing I wish there was slippers in the rooms. Also included breakfast would add to make it 10/10. Everything else was perfect !

Staff were great. Lots of great suggestions. Bike valet very good free service. Pool was good. Too many people. Too crowded in the hot tubs so we avoided the busy hours which seemed to be 12-5 pm.

I have already complained to Hilton about the 4 am partying next door to us in both nights of our stay. I don¿t know how a 5 star hotel allows these people to party all night at the hotel slamming doors screaming and having their dogs bark all night.
