The Queen bed in 107 was fantastic!

The front desk clerk with no teeth just gumming it, and no elevator in the building so l had to change my room do to not able to climb stairs

A typical run down Paki hotel. Breakfast was a joke and couldn’t understand the staff

Everything was fine with hotel except with person who checked us in, was not helpfull about my situation at all.

The women that checked me in should have juggled rooms and put me on ground floor, no elevator have a dog, stairs are terrible for my health problems. The woman in the morning said thats what should have been done

Heat did not work in the room.

The meal was not great I got food poisoning from what I believe was the breakfast sausages ! Or eggs not very happy with that

The room was better than expected, clean, updated, and a good Hot breakfast. Outside plugs were still on so I could top up my EV car while I was sleeping. Highly recommended hotel in Swift Current for the price...

Every room smelt like smoke, lock did not work and had to switch rooms. Rooms were not clean

I liked that the room was street level.

I didn't like the description of patio room, as that is deceiving. Also the step down to the sidewalk was not as easily manageable for a senior like myself. A trip hazard for sure.

I like the location for my travel purposes. Comfortable bed, clean room, excellent customer services, and enough parking spots available front and back of the building.

The staff was great and the breakfast was always hot and such a lovely selection to choose from too. Bed was very firm and pillows very soft. Bedding was clean and fresh. Towels were fresh and bright white too.

The hallways and the stairs and landing could have been vacuumed a bit more often. Also the garbage in the front lobby and outside around the hotel should have been emptied more, was in need of attention.

Beds were very comfortable.

No elevator or pool. Even though the hotel came up on the list of hotels with pool when I searched.

No elevator, therefore no luggage carts. AC could not cool room below 22 degrees C, even when set to 15.

When we arrived the employee was standing outside with friends smoking. We couldn¿t drive up to check in. The main entrance wasn¿t working so had to enter through a side door through the kitchen. Waited at the reception desk while she finished smoking

Not clean. Had to clean black residue in the bathroom . Drive up patio doors were hardly opened. Fallen tree in our parking stall so couldn¿t back up with it scraping our car. Luckily no damage.

great hotel, great prices. The room was very clean, and comfy. Pet friendly, easy check in.

Book for 2 Queen bed, asked for first level to carry all my bike loggage easier and received a 2 double bed for same price. No accommodation.
