Free shuttle to the airport, it included a free breakfast and it was within walking distance of the SkyTrain.

It was older (1980’s) but everything worked and it was clean. Needs a refresh. There were hardly any food options close by. We ate at the casino one night and got pizza from Costco which is across the street.

One microwave in lobby for everyone to use. Laundry room was awful and dryer didnt dry after twice. Rather dated and things were broken and not repaired.

The soundproofing between floors was not good. We heard every heavy footstep from the guests above us.

The price charged was higher than the price booked. I didn't notice until after I left so I'm pretty sure I can't do anything about it now. This place definitely did not meet expectations. I would give it 1.5 stars.

Nothing. I spent --- for 3 rooms for several nights and we all checked out the 1st day.

There is nothing we liked about this hotel. it was dirty and smelly and the worst hotel experience we all have ever had.

I can not sleep because the air conditioner some loud noise . I think the AC broken. Room 230

Slept ok

Yes. Service was indifferent. Needed shuttle at 5 am. Hotel wouldn’t let me book til I got there. 2 flight changes got us at1 am. Shuttles fully booked. Got ripped off by cab driver. Won’t stay again.

I liked how helpful the staff was.

Warning DO NOT book this hotel if you are allergic to mold. The room that I got had mold so bad my throat was swelling. I let the lady at the front desk know, and they quickly got me another room. The air conditioning is where the mold comes from.

Good price, great location and super shuttle to airport

Breakfast food was mediocre. Only hot eggs and bacon were pre-packaged items. French toast and waffles also needed to be toasted. Expected hot foods instead of prepackaged ones.

It could use updating. The toilets consume a huge ammount of water. Our sink tap had to be open all the way or it shut itself off. The area is a bit sketchy. The freezer couldn't make icecubes overnight.

Location: buses in front of the hotel. One bus stop to the Canada line.

Need renovation. No ice machine. No water fountain. Laundry room with broken cold water line and there was no warning sign, leaving only hot water to wash clothes.

The maid stole my prescriptions, it was partly my fault, I left them on the side of my bed. She took them and denied it to the manager. I am now without my very important prescriptions I?m struggling to get more while in Victoria! It?s very very distres

Staff were great. Had an erly appointment and they brown bagged a breakfast for us, very nice.

Close to a lot of amenities within walking distance . Breakfast was great!

First room had a strong smell of mothballs, switched to a second room.
