Pros +
- Location good and the staff helpful.
- Daily room cleaning, swimming pool and good sized bathroom. Receptionist is very friendly.
- The hotel is a quiet, residential location.
Cons -
- The hotel was run down and under new ownership. The lift didnt work, garden and outside areas were a mess. The swimming pool wasnt fit to swim in and all round that area was neglected.
- Difficult to bring luggage to the room - you need to cross through a gravel garden Parking - not suitable for elderly or if you have a lot of luggages as you need to take a lot of steps with no lift or ramp room Old rooms - old, dated, dusty and very bad mouldy smell from the carpet breakfast - very basic selection No restaurant service Wifi doesn't work
- The hotel was a long walk from the bars and restaurants, 12 minutes walking downhill to get to where they were on the sea front and 15 minutes walking back up at the end of the evening. The bar and restaurant in the hotel were closed and the desk wasnt manned after 7.30pm.
