Hotel Punta Lara Noirmoutier

The location, our balcony and the pool area. Having a small fridge in our room. The views of the ocean. The food was delicious and well presented at dinner. Breakfast selections were varied.Restaurant staff were friendly and polite.

The breakfast was absolutely chaotic! Clearly understaffed surprisingly, during the busiest Summer season. Many tables were left uncleared, communal spoons in the jam jars were unmonitored and hence were filled with crumbs, other jam etc.Upon our arrival at 8pm at night the receptionist didn’t give us much information about the property, beach towels etc all useful information we may need during our stay! We were given our keys and directed to our room. Felt it was rather underwhelming and unwelcoming after a long 4.5 hour drive.

Lovely rural quiet location .Staff were generally helpful

Rooms were not up to 4 star standard and neither were the menu choices and lack of change to menu.Some areas of the dining room were not very clean.

It is a little heaven on earth, more people should know about it! Access to the sea via stone steps or you can walk 2 min to the sandy beach. Pool is beautiful , room spotless clean with breathtaking views all that you need is provided, restaurant food - delicious

Restaurant does not have English menu, which was disappointing,we were told to use our phones to translate...it took us long and away from the conversation-sitting on our phones trying to translate.Understand all issues with English history but we are not English, we are tourists that just trying to relax. Surely one menu in English or QR code taking to the menu is an option.

Beautiful property Room was lovely with a view

Few little things that stood out:The bathroom extraction fan did not switch offThere was no table on the balcony The double beds were 2 singles pushed together that were different heightsLast one and not their fault - very tucked away so no where you can walk to for a drink or bite to eat or even a shop you have to drive or rent a bicycle

The decor is beautiful. Really stylish newly renovated hotel. The pool is lovely with a lazy river. Perfect!!

I already knew the place, been a client and appreciated everything of it, mostly the location and style.I was no alone, and both, we both liked mostly• The welcome and courtesy of the staff• The breakfast !

The hotel needed a little renovation and it's now in progress. His exposure to ocean and natural elements tended to make it somehow aging. But even this, too, maintained its charm of a magical place!

Expensive considering end of year and most facilities closed.Wine very expensive,Dated and very worn vert tired and small, bathroom very worn and hot water boiling to a dangerous level noThermostatic taps.

Beautiful location, could access the beach directly from the room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Expensive breakfast

Location by the beach. The pool was also nice but needs some extra cleaning.

It is great to have a tennis court but it has fallen into bad disrepair. It would be great to resurface.The coffee machine was broken on first morning and didn't make good coffee the other mornings. A cafetiere would be better.

The staff was great.

In dire need of renovation, the all-you-can-eat buffet was passable at best.

Food!!!! The restaurant service was so slow and the food was very mediocre

Lovely view, good sized pool, fridge in the room, good breakfast, friendly staff and comfortable bed.

Bathroom slightly dated but we were told its about to under go a refurb. Pool could be a little cleaner if I'm being fussy, maybe more accessible showers in the pool area to encourage people to wash before swimming.

The location was lovely

It was in poor condition and in need of redecorating. The bathroom was particularly bad.
