Pay a lot of money to have a plastic toilet seat that does not even sit well on commode and long black hair on bathroom sink counter just kinda leaves a bad vibe.

Pool Amenties were nice

If i would choose anything, the blanket and the pillow cases had like a sitting up in closet smell to long ..’stuffy smell shockingly because when I stayed in last time, the sheets and blankets smelled fresh. I still give them a 10 star

Location is everything. Hotel was right away from lots of food and shopping options for us.

Not too fond of the shower/bathroom set up but everything else was great.

The bathroom pocket door was heavy and hard to open and shut in room 331

Dirty toilet bowl. There were no pots in the kitchen. Poor internet service. The portable cooker I was given did not work.

Beds were good. Staff was attentive.

It was the weakest hotel breakfast I¿ve ever had. The ¿hot¿ food was not at proper temp and there was no microwave. I¿m a former youth sports parent so I understand what a ¿free¿ breakfast is and is not. This one was really bad.

Everyone was extremely friendly. I accidentally left my ring there   after I checked out & I called & spoke to staff at the front desk, whom immediately went to the room & retrieved it. Great customer service from him.

The barber had no internet connection. The man started a fight at the hotel. He threatened to kill the child for half an hour. The police did not come. At the same time, a homeless person outside harassed the guests. Again, there was no precaution. That's

Breakfast selection comfortable beds

Furniture in lobby area needs replaced..

The receptionish said the room was double booked so no room was available when we get there... However, she looked through all possibilities and was finally able to provide room as we needed. Breakfast was also excellent!

It was not cleaned properly.

There was hair left on the toilet and on the bed.

The desk staff and cleaning crews are very friendly and helpful. Location in Katy is excellent. Clean rooms, nice laundry room, very good exercise room.

I stay in hotels about 100 nights a year. The comfort level of the bed and pillows was below average. Mattress was not very supportive and pillows were cheap. Only three pillows on a king size bed?? Should be four.

The location is a prime location. Everything you desire is all around you! During check in hotel employee was extremely Pleasant

I was pleased overall with the hotel and will stay again. The bathroom shower needed more attention. The drain was black and grud along the sliding shower door. I bring my own cleaner and disinfectant when I travel. I took care of that !

Our queen room was given away and was replaced with a King. We were forced to make 3 big kids sleep on a small fold out sofa.

The smell ! The hotel smelled very fresh from the moment I walked in.

This is my second stay here and both times the Front Desk Agent took a while getting me checked in. Both times were during slow hours. Overall my stay was great.

I liked the price and location was satisfactory.

It looked to a new hotel but was not kept clean to my satisfactory. There was a vending area where a coke was spilled on the floor and was left there for the duration of my stay. Also, there were roaches and the complimentary breakfast was not good.

I love the size rooms I definitely will see your again. Only thing I didn't like was the breakfast

The selection was limited. The juice machine didn't work for two days. The consistency of oatmeal was very thick two very runny. Waffle maker had no instructions, ask the attendant to refill, because it wouldnt come out, she tipped the container.
