- Room was a lil warm
- There was a huge issue upon check in where they could not find my Booking.com reservation. I had flown in from Europe and arrived at night, totally exhausted, and had to wait about an hour while they tried to call Booking.com, meanwhile helped other customers, and eventually had me book the room all over again.
- Rude staff and all sorts of issues such as toilet overflowing, guest door not opening, funky smell
