Novotel Montreal Aeroport

Very disappointed with the Hotel. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Housekeeping staff cannot even speak English and very pathetic service overall. Not worthy of a 4 Star rating.Will never stay in this Hotel again.

Price and value

Asked to have the shower head handle/holder fixed and they did not follow through with sending someone to fix it. Had to have a shower like camping while holding the shower head as the holder was not working properly (shower head kept falling down).

The hotel had a great level of security and it was very quiet. The furniture was simple but sufficient and well placed in the room. The bed was comfortable and clean.

The signs enter & exit the parking lot need to be better located and defined.

Booked 2 beds, got a bed and a sofa bed. No sheets available for the sofa bed just an old blanket.

Modern and new...very clean...friendly staff

Room wasn’t actually like what I saw in the pictures and the hotel didn’t even prepare the room, botlles of soap were empty, towels had a smell, refrigerator wasn’t working properly didn’t cool enough even though it was set at max. Bad experience!

easy and smooth check in process

Left my favorite shirt on the closet. Followed up many many times. They said they do not have it.

It was really spacious and bed was really comfortable

The tv channel were the only thing would have been better if they had a smart tv so you could go on your own Netflix or Amazon prime account to watch movies

The price was reasonable, it had free parking and the location was good.

The man at the desk during check-in was very terse and didn't tells us anything about the hotel (check-out times, details about amenities, breakfast/restaurant hours, etc). There also could have been a wider variety of teas available in the room.

Washroom door should close properly and completely. Breakfast too little to eat despite high cost.

Breakfast was not included despite high-end hotel rates. The purchased breakfast was too expensive and too little to eat. At least with that cost there should be enough quantity to eat.

Amenities like the restaurant.

No shuttle - waited in-line for a taxi for 20 minutes then the driver headed toward the down-town branch and charged 49$ CA - won?t stay there again! (Until they get a shuttle)

Clean room

Staff was not friendly Car thief is a major problem so we had to put a boot on the car

The staff where very nice and helpful the hotel was nice and clean all good

The pool could have been bigger but it was still nice

When I went to check out( 30 minutes kater) I found all my stuff stuffed in a black trash bag

Room was below standard, the fake leather chair was peeling and table legs were damaged giving an overall impression of mediocre.

Room was not clean there was water on the floor in the bathroom Room looked like it was falling apart . I¿ve stayed here before but this particular room was just horrible

The staff were very unfriendly and off putting especially Yasmir. We complained about the noise we had next to our room and he replied with "Have you tried telling them to shut up?" As if we hadn't tried that already. Very rude staff and unhelpful.
