The pool, beach and some of the food was good

The place clear needs to have a lot of things fixed. My shower didn't function properly, the light switches were all messed up, ceiling fan was unusable because it as detaching from the ceiling, towel rack in the bathroom was coming out of the wall.

The resort decor was beautiful and most facilities clean and staff was nice.

Many things offered with the reserve stay we were unable to do because they were full. So things that they said were guaranteed were not actually fulfilled like steak dinner and Bali bed days. Everything was unorganized. Food was not very good.

Really, This hotel did not meet my expectations.

The only air conditioning was in the room. The rest of the hotel was unbearably hot. There were no fans or air conditioning.

Food and service were outstanding

Room a little dated. Even tho we were in one of the highest rooms

Staff was almost always friendly. Bed was ok for comfort.

Bad smell like poop on third floor. Outdated room. Tub had some sort of paint on it, tub didn¿t work, had to call maintenance. Musty smell in the room. Only one place open to eat (pizza) when restaurants closed for 3 hours. Room service Food awful.

The food was very good and we loved the ¿no reservations required¿ policy at the specialty restaurants. The pool is very large and can accommodate lap swimming. Additionally there were quiet pool areas to escape to. Great front desk staff.

Management should install self service beverage stations in the buffet area and near the pool area for NON alcoholic beverages ¿ including hot tea and coffee.

We loved the pool in the adult reserve area. It was very warm. Staff was amazing and very attentive. Our rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. The resort was overall beautiful

The food in the restaurants was terrible. My mom and brother both got sick from tacos one night at that restaurant. All of the restaurants were not poor..the buffet was decent. Based on the food we would not go back

Employee they are very professional. And beautiful view by the beach.

The room urgently need update, please soon. For the price you pay. The Bathroom is very old and there is no light to put on makeup. The bathtub is painted with pain. the mirror is so old that you can't look at yourself properly.

Every worker was awesome! Super nice and polite. Hotel was really big. Really cool plants hanging down all around the entry. Smells great.

Rooms extremely dated. Common areas were extremely hot and humid. Check in process was extremely confusing. Food was not 5 star food... more like if this place was owned by an American fast food chain. But I understand the place is just huge.

The pool was a little chilly and pretty deep when considering you just want to walk in the pool. I¿m 5¿2¿ and the water was above my shoulders. So, walking around with a drink was a tad challenging.

Buffet was OK. Not many options for vegetarians, restaurants reservations are hard to find and like other all inclusive resorts drinks are watered down.

Not enough ATMs in the hotel. One broke down. Getting reservations for dinner can be hard for the desired times.

The views are amazing, the reserve side was very upscale, Overrall great place.

The buffets were not that good however the room service made up for it.

Our money was stolen in our hotel room after being gone only a few hours.

The room was like a apartment but be carefull not the whole hotel is the same .You need to search up .

The food was not good at all .for a five star hotel the food quality was very poor quality at everywere food buy not good . Bakery stuffs the best.

The staff and entertainment.

The heat inside the hotel was unbearable. The food was not good. We took cold showers for 2 days. The electrical outlets were poor.

The restaurant staff was great

We got our wallet stolen from our room the one time we didn¿t lock it in the safe. Of course, nothing they could do. Staff was also rude after we weren¿t interested in their memberships.
