Pros +
- The pool, beach and some of the food was good
- The resort decor was beautiful and most facilities clean and staff was nice.
- Really, This hotel did not meet my expectations.
Cons -
- The place clear needs to have a lot of things fixed. My shower didn't function properly, the light switches were all messed up, ceiling fan was unusable because it as detaching from the ceiling, towel rack in the bathroom was coming out of the wall.
- Many things offered with the reserve stay we were unable to do because they were full. So things that they said were guaranteed were not actually fulfilled like steak dinner and Bali bed days. Everything was unorganized. Food was not very good.

Really, This hotel did not meet my expectations.
The only air conditioning was in the room. The rest of the hotel was unbearably hot. There were no fans or air conditioning.
