- Hotel employee from reception's attention to his craft is unparallel. Glad we he was the one that checked us in and not someone who could have been more lackadaisical. The area the hotel was situated. Not in the middle of dirty London but just far enough.

- Awful customer service , would not allow me a voucher and to postpone . W we oils never ever recommend Ever in my entire existence!
- The fact our stay could have turned horribly wrong if it was someone else who had checked us in. The horribly loud and not so functional hair dryer and the weak shower.
- Bathroom design is not efficient. Bathtub not user friendly. Too high to climb in or out. Prefer short curtains over splatter glass.

Staff is very helpful
