Fantastic condo

my cousin Verona Snow spent Saturday night with me 10/11 to 10/ 12 to go to Church on Sunday. She fell out of the shower on Sunday 10/12 because there was no Bath mat or grips on the tub. She fell out on the floor and injured her tailbone.

It was a fully equipped 1 bedroom condo and convenient to most activities, and quiet.

Having my own space, kitchen and laundry was awesome!

The windows weren't as clean I wished, so I cleaned them myself lol

All the staff was very friendly and pleasant. We had an issue with our toilet and they were there in minutes to fix it for us. We will definitely stay there again. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

It was exactly as pictured. Clean, ample room, great location with picturesque scenery.

Location was close to store and town.

The room was not on the water like the pictures. 2 flights of stairs was not mentioned for the loft. Was not told we needed a permit to fish at the lake was almost fined 500 dollars. I asked at check in where we could fish and was never told we couldnt!

Location and price

The stove was a fire hazard. Front of the stove where knobs are were extremely hot when using the oven. Parts were starting to melt. Dishwasher didn?t work.

The willingness to accommodate my daughter's special needs with adjoining rooms so she could have a safe space without needing to go to another unit to check on her.

Very nice accommodations liked the separate bedroom with king size bed, bathroom, living room with DVD player & full kitchen with all the amenities. On Friday, Saturday & Sunday 2:30 - 5:00 pm Club Wyndham has a social gathering for all guests.

Parking lots need to be resurfaced.

It's actually a time share condo, and we always try to get one when we go to Pagosa Springs.

They did not provide a salt and pepper shaker like some of the other units there.

The space, location and access to the pool and hot tub!!!

I wish there would have been cards, dominos and board games!

It was beautiful area & well-maintained. The staff was very friendly & helpful!

I REALLY wish there were more sidewalks. It was very difficult to walk places.

Nice room. I liked the townhouse setting, instead of a room off of a hallway

The walls were very thin and the people next door were very, very loud

Handicapped accessibility was limited.

Had a few issues with the room itself, finishing nails sticking out of the transition piece next to fridge area. Also, ceiling fans were loaded with dust. Doesn't appear cleaning crew pays any attention to ceiling fans.

Clean and updated nicely. The shower worked well which is a big plus

The thing that was frustrating, was I¿m was unsure how long I would need to stay in Pagosa, and when I needed to stay an additional day I was unable to extend it. So, I had to find another place and move. If it had been booked I would¿ve understood.

Many amenities. Clean spacious rooms and friendly helpful staff.

Everything about this hotel was phenomenal, if you want "bang for your buck" THIS is the place. We stayed in an apartment with a beautiful lake right outside the back porch. I absolutely will be staying here again as soon as I can!

My only complaint is when I called the morning of our checkout to ask for an extension on time, I was very rudely hung up on not once, but twice. The woman that checked us in was amazing. Not very pleased with the attitude I got asking for an extention.
