Clean and nice room easy t upgrade to an additional bed

Room size was smaller then B&B, will stick back with the B&B for future stays.

Staffs are very nice.room is good.

The rooms have a strong smell of new decorations. The smell is too strong to sleep. I would like to open the window to get fresh air but the noise from highway is too loud. We didn’t sleep well for 2 nights there.

Bed is big uncomfortable, we got the one with two single bed.

Nice clean modern simple but functional room.Convenient restaurant and bar. A walk, but near to mainline railway station for Paris and 2 stops from disneyland.

Shower room was a wet room, so water gets everywhere. Shower dispenser was empty on arrival. Hair dryer was in the shower wet room, so possibly dangerous.

Close to Disney, friendly staff.

The carpets we're dirty. Black stains everywhere. Window didn't close properly, so lots of noise from the highway.

Super close to the train station and such good value for money.

Only negative was the carpet in our room was very tired and stained so didn’t look too good.

The ventilation system made the room colder and I needed extra heating. The window ventilation system was also very dirty.

Could have been cleaner, in particular the mattress on the children’s bed.

The reception staff was very helpful in guiding us how to get to Paris and how to get to the train station especially Mohammad and Fabian

No toilets on the ground floor or any floor if you need to go have to go to your room The morning breakfast staff was very very unhelpful on both days asked for scrambled egg and it was finished and no poached eggs either just self service boiled eggs and even those was short of supply Everyday same bread cheese and croissants selection Breakfast was awful

Air conditioning worked OK, breakfast was a good selection, wish we had realised how nice the evening buffet was as we would have eaten there! Staff friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning dripped onto carpet, carpets not very clean and shower took an age to drain. In my daughter's room the sink dripped onto the floor.

Great location if you are visiting the parks! Staff was really friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and the breakfast option that they offer was also great! Would definitely stay there again!

Even though the bathtub is a plus and we really like it as an option, it was kinda scary stepping in it to shower or take a bath knowing that it is real slippery. The beds are comfy which is also a plus,but the pillows can definitely be better. Still these two things didn’t mess my stay there.

Breakfast good. As usual, the location is perfect: close to the highway or 5 minutes from the RER to Paris, and close to Eurodisney. Not to far from Roissy CDG and/or Orly airports.

How to enter into the parking lot in case of late arrival.... how to leave the parking lot when the door is closed.

The carpet in room 105 was disgraceful. Very dirty in places and various burn marks.Security gate to gain car access to site was very frustratingly slow.Outdoor patio area was filthy and unkempt.
