Please note that The Twelve Hotel accepts credit cards only for pre-authorization purposes. Accepted credit card types include Visa, American Express, and Mastercard. While cash payments are accepted, they are permitted only when accompanied by a valid, funded credit card for pre-authorization. The credit card presented must have sufficient available funds. In certain circumstances, a security deposit may be required. The minimum deposit amount will be determined at the discretion of the hotel. All payment and security policies are strictly enforced and are subject to the sole discretion of The Twelve Hotel. Failure to comply with these policies may result in refusal of admission or cancelation of the reservation without liability to the hotel. A damage deposit of EUR 150.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
