The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was EXCELLENT! The location was perfect for the event that we were attending. We even had a beautiful view of the park across the road, which was a very nice touch. I loved it here and will be back if every in Albany.

The hotel was quite nice. Very clean. Comfortable bed. All very well appointed.
Was disappointed at having to pay extra for the bottled water in my room, and for the breakfast.

We came down to go to Albany State University Prientatiin. The Location was great and wat ti find. Ljved the walking distance to places. Hotel staff was amazing and food was great

We have stayed here 3 years in a row for business. This year the hotel was not up to par. Our room was dirty, soiled carpet, mold/mildew stains in bathroom. Outdated.
