Room was clean. Good layout. Very spacious. The location is fine. Slightly further than you'd think. Breakfast I'd say was decent, it wasn't the best buffet breakfast and wasn't the worse.

I had a random beeping sound in my room, the staff were able to move me, I appreciated that. Walking too and from is not always ideal.

The hotel is at a very nice location with easy access to all the interesting local things to see. The room was spacious, clean and reasonably quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was of little variety but I did not expect anything better. In particular the coffee was terrible.

Conveniently located near Pier 39, and the included breakfast is another great advantage that helps save time for sightseeing. We have booked this hotel many times for our LK TRAVEL & SERVICES customers, and all of them have enjoyed their stay here.

Location is great, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is daily changing selections. Classic American Breakfast.

A/C unit in room is very noisy like a truck working in your room. It does it's job but very noisy. Sometimes we woke up to the noise and turned it off.

the location is perfect if you visit as a tourist as the Hotel is literally 2 blocks from Fishermen's Warf and all the popular piers. There is also a city bus that stops around the corner, which will take you directly to the Golden Gate bridge. I also liked the fact that they offer parking (valet only, but can go in/out if needed) - but it was pretty pricy. Rooms were quet and clean. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items and was very popular amongst guests.

it was 4 of us in the room and we all agreed that the pillows were way too hard. When I stay in different hotels they usuallly offer a choice of softer and harder pillows. We had no choice. we all had a neck pain after 2 days. I just praised the breakfast set up, but the coffee situation was a bit frustrating. The concept of machines grinding its own coffee for each cup is great, but pretty slow & one machine was broken both days, so there was always a line. Also (sorry to say that) the towels smelled kind of unfresh like they were not properly washed.
