The place itself is good,location is excellent and carparking close by..What We didn't like was the fact that only one hot drink was included in the breakfast and we have to pay for the second one. Restaurant very expensive ratio price quality doesn't match.

Fast check in, modern & very clean. Excellent restaurant.

Parking was a bit tricky

Thoughtful staff provided all we needed. Daily cleaning even when we didn’t ask. Pleasant building. We extended our stay. The location is perfect for our family.

I would like screen on window. Nothing more.

Lovely small hotel in the city centre. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. Nice decoration. Big rooms with facilities to prepare Tee and Coffee.

Easy to get to, available parking. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and breakfast really good. The hotel has a restaurant with delicious food- we had dinner there.I would recommend it also for more than one night, we were just passing through.

Staff at breakfast was not happy to have us. You could see we were a burden at all time. Super fake smile and fake politeness. Lady on curly hair. Mid age. No elevator. Bed was quite ordinary. Mattress could have been better

Great hotel, in the centre of stara zagora. It has private parking, big rooms and bathrooms and a lovely restaurant with great food. We stayed for only a night on our way to Greece but we enjoyed it. It was child friendly except for not having an elevator.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city.Although there is a parking , space for the car is not guaranteed. There is kettles for hot water but dis not work. In the eveing there is no stuff in the hotel. Not bad breakfast

It is a good hotel if you wanna stay near the city center. It has free parking and a good restaurant. It's clean and the rooms are big.

The staff is always bored and with 0 enthusiasm, but maybe this is a Bulgarian thing, because we've experienced this attitude in other places, like Veliko Tarnovo. The room was clean, but there is a smell in the whole hotel like a used car or like someone has been smoking here the past week. The windows have no mosquito net.  Also, right before check out the pest control was being made in the hotel...  with us there... the breakfast is not great and it's a shame, because the restaurant is a good one.

No elevator

The noise during the night war unbearable (from some machinery under the room) But the worst was...after saying I'm sorry....the receptionist said....No-one has complained but people are different. Meaning....you are a crazy one ? Special treatment....You want to sleep - go to psychiatrist ?

Exquisite restaurant with very good service and food quality. The restaurant is good for private and business meetings. Easy access. Convenient parking. Polite staff. Very comfortable rooms.

Very good breakfast

Accessing teh parking a bit tricky. You need to park in the street first before going to reception to open teh barrier.

Location

No attitude to the client. Pure rutine. One of the receptionist was on the phone all the time we pass over. Breakfast is pure.
