The front desk staff was excellent, I wish I could remember the name of the young lady that helped us. on my receipt it said the clerk was AWI. Their issues at the other hotel we were at and we needed to move.She was incredibly helpful, understanding, and was able to get us a room that same day. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the entire place was clean. I would recommend this hotel, and we will be back.

Most of the staff was friendly & easy to talk to. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean & nice.
Check in time was at 4 i got there at 420 & was put on a list because the rooms were still being cleaned. Didn't get to check in until alil after 7. They said they would call but I had to call them.

It was nice to have a kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The location was great. We were there to eat at the Marble Room. It was across the street behind the hotel.
The bathroom area was the only negative of the room. The sink is small, and the lighting was not ideal. The lighting was indirect from around the mirror. It was hard to see to shave. The valet was easy in and right on the spot for drop off, but there was no luggage cart available to help get our luggage into the hotel and to our room. When we were leaving the next morning, we could not use the easy tap text to call up our car. It had not been checked in correctly, so the system had us seemingly out driving our car. We had only checked in the afternoon before and never moved our car.

The location was great. It was walking distance to the stadium which is why we picked it.
It was very expensive, we spent $675 per night (stayed two nights) so we could be there for the eclipse and Cleveland home opener. So when we saw a mouse running around our room(there’s never just one) it was very disturbing to say the least. It was very expensive to have to share the room with rodents. We informed the staff, they apologized :(
