The staff was excellent! the room was good size with 2 queen comfortable beds and a sofa. Plus a nice desk area and sink, fridge and microwave. The rooms were clean. Free breakfast daily. Having an airport shuttle was nice.
the ice maker on floor 3 was broken the whole time we were there. I think they could use parking lot security while we were there one morning we walked out and saw a few car windows smashed in a broken. Our car was safe because we parking near the front entrance but I felt bad for the one the got broken into.

It was a beautiful and clean hotel.
The lighting in the bathroom where the mirror was wasnt very bright. Made it a little hard to get ready.

The staff was exceedingly kind, helpful, and welcoming. They ran a shuttle service to and from the hotel at any hour you needed so long as you let them know, and every single member of the team was incredibly hospitable. I was waiting on a food order and there was an elderly couple seated in the lobby, the husband was coughing and the receptionist mentioned to the wife that they had water and bottled beverages available for purchase and the wife replied worriedly about the cost. The receptionist literally said not to worry and purchased two bottles of water for the couple herself. This may not be a five star hotel, but you'd be hard pressed to find a hotel with staff as invested in customer experience as these folks.
Nothing. Given value for money, this place is better than expected. Some scoffs and minor wear and tear, and some not so exciting smells in some of the upholstery but they clearly have an excellent maintenance staff and care deeply about cleanliness.

Staff very friendly & helpful. Bed was super comfy. Pool, gym, breakfast, shuttle, it had all I needed! The check out time is the greatest!!

Close to BNA airport with free shuttle service. Great breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Pool. Sleep, park and fly at a reasonable price. Will definitely stay here again when flying out of Nashville

Easy location near airport/interstate. 15min drive into downtown. Plenty of parking. Good wifi. Clean room.
Breakfast had good coffee, but no waffle maker.
