Courtyard by Marriott Scottsdale Old Town

Clean, courteous and friendly staff. Trust you enough not to charge you a heavy deposit. Stayed in Scottsdale hotels countless times. First time here Won't be the last.

Staff were very nice. Close to the hospital which is what I needed.

The business area had a printer that needed a part and was out of paper. I asked the staff about it and they said it had needed that part for a while. To me, the printer should have simply been replaced with a new one while you order a part.

Why no room safe? Larger vanity area in bathroom would be nice

It was very welcoming and clean and in a very safe area.

$12 parking charge, they can do without that charge. It's a bit off putting. Will stay somewhere with free parking next time.

Only one elevator was working at the time. We were patrons during the Labor Day weekend, and the hotel was busy. The wait time for the elevator wasn't bad, would have been nice for both of them to have been working tho.

The location is fantastic and the beds were very comfortable.

The only coffee available (except for the 3 pods in the room) was a Starbucks in the lobby which doesn't open until 6:30 am with a very limited menu. At least Denny's is next door.

The staff is very kind and accommodating! The rooms are nice, very clean and include patios! There is a nice Pool/Jacuzzi are that is very well maintained. Also, a small gym for workouts. The hotel is located in an a nice, convenient location.

This hotel is wonderful! Staff friendly and helpful, everything about it was so nice. The area was very nice, so close to Old Town Scottsdale that we were able to walk to everything. I'd definitely stay at this Courtyard next trip to Arizona.

The pool area could use another cabana. Only two available and they seem to be taken first.

Staff was pleasant.

Traffic noise was so loud I could not sleep. I wore noise canceling headphones with music playing and could still hear the cars racing on Scottsdale Rd until 2am. The bathroom was NOT clean. I counted 7 curly black hairs in the bathtub. Disgusting!

The agent checking us in had no personality and did not explain anything to us. I was expecting new towels the next morning but no one showed up. We purchased items from their in house store and was charged differently each time. No prices on items and wh

I loved that the sofa seat had a little shelf and that they gave you antibacterial wipes. It was nice and clean and the staff was helpful. The internet worked great. I did not pay for the extra fast one and the free one worked fine for light streaming.

I did not like the extra fee for parking also the microwave was only on the first floor. The area did have some questionable people walking through it so I would also just not leave anything in the car. Housekeeping was knocking on doir by 8am.

The hotel lobby was very nice. Ice machines worked great. The toiletries in the shower were nice. The balcony was nice as well.

The fact we had to pay $12 for parking is ridiculous. Our room was dirty. We found a cap from a bottle on the floor. As well as a couple pieces of trash. The ice bag was also dirty. The refrigerator had to be the smallest one I have ever seen in a room.

Close enough to old town.

Expensive for an aging property. Toilet and shower felt like a cheap motel.

The housekeepers are so attentive. They also work quietly.

The doors are heavy and harder to push open. It would be difficult for someone with an injury.
