Overall I was looking for a place to stay near downtown. This facility was available, clean, and staff was attentive. I would certainly stay there again if I’m traveling thru the area.

One elevator was not functioning all week. Night time is too warm with heavy bedding in the desert

Location and rooms very clean
The entire outdoor pool area was closed for renovation. The corn hole was in the lobby. We should have been told prior to check in that the outdoor area was closed.

Location is excellent. Easy to walk to Old Scottsdale and good access to Phx Sky Harbor airport. All staff we met were exceptional kind and helpul.
Having to pay for parking seemed a little too much. There is plenty of parking at the hotel and the surrounding area. No other complaints about this hotel.
