- It was so cold in the room
- Roseanne at the reception desk did a wonderful job to make sure all my concerns were addressed

- Size of the room
- Our room had wallpaper hanging off the wall. Very dingy room. Very disappointing for a Hilton. The next day we went down for breakfast and the so called hot breakfast was not hot, the eggs were hardened and wasn't edible. We had a stale bagel and a piece of burnt bacon. They changed our room. We were told it would be to a suite, but it wasn't. And the bathroom sink had NO HOT WATER. Had to take my makeup off with cold water! Horrible experience. We were warm and tried to turn on the air but it kept getting hotter, later found out there's NO DUAL heat/air in the system. Worse hotel we ever stayed at.

Only positive was the Location.
