The location of the hotel

The evening staff, especially the bartender. She had terrible body odor.. We had to leave and go drink elsewhere. Only to find her outside, going through the garbage.

The location

The indoor pool was not accessible due to a heating pump repair or something like that. I asked a staff member how long the pool had been broken, they said a month or so. The cable was out due to light rain, per front desk this is a regular occurrence.

The location was good. It was very close to downtown

I would have liked an outdoor pool. There was some hair in the shower.

The room was spacious and very clean and we were able to get into our room early.

Communication was not good. No one instructed us where to enter to go to the room. NO one told us about the breakfast that have and how much it was.

Cleanliness is number one. It was very clean. Staff was excellent¿¿ Friendly and polite. Rare these days.

It¿s not the best atmosphere. I¿ve stayed in more appealing looking.

No soap in the room, checked in late phone did not work to call front desk.

The hotels website states: free breakfast, bar and restaurnat. Of the three only the bar was opened. Should have been revealed on their website. Breakfast was a to go bag. The restaurant being closed was actually beneficial as "Panza's" is next door,

The hotel was perfect. The rooms were recently renovated and were super clean, comfy beds, quiet, fun indoor pool, nice hot breakfast buffet. Staff was wonderful. Great place to stay.

Shower Drain was slow in room. We have pet allergies and had no issues with the room but the no pet policy was changed this past week to allowing pets/ not sure if there will be designated rooms for pets or allergy free rooms.

the hotel room is a small step above a motel room- the bedding and amenities were not what i expected - the bedding was cheap

Great location. Near town and park for running/walking. Room itself was very well lit with plenty of lamps! Bathroom was modern. Shower head worked well.Staff is friendly.

Hotel grounds not maintained. Not great first impression. Carpeting dated and worn. Lobby renovation. Pool open but fitness room closed. Breakfast area very dated. Food selection is convenience store continental.

Would be better if breakfast is included with room rate.

Loved the staff. They were so supportive of me having my emotional support animal (small dog) there. They were extremely friendly and helpful too.

The carpets need to be cleaned and updated. Other than that, the hotel was excellent.

Clean friendly and location

Bed was comfortable.

Air conditioner was very loud. There was a wedding party on the floor starting at 11 p.m. there was pounding on Doors and louder music until 4 a.m. . The front desk said they sent people up 6 * but the partying persisted and I got zero sleep

Location. Amazing helpful very friendly staff. Not packed. Very clean and fresh.

The pool and jacuzzi was not in a good condition. Pool was dark green and jacuzzi wasn't working properly but the staff went out of the way and made sure they contacted someone to fix it as soon as possible.

Excellent staff. Extremely accommodating and attentive. Hotel was clean and centrally located.

The parking is not so good both nights we had to park around the back of hotel where there’s a wooded area that isn’t lite up.

Location near casino. Clean and bright. Breakfast excellent
