- Staff was friendly. The room was clean. Enjoyed the tiki bar prices were decent.
- Absolutely nothing I accidently booked wrong location and contacted within 2 min they will not refund my stay that I was unable to use at there hotel we were already at the other location we were just trying to extend

- Breakfast could have been better the Coffee was horrible and they ran out of orange juice
- An honest mistake on website tried to extend our stay and was redirected to there hotel didn't notice and booked wrong place called within 2 min to transfer our extension they helped us over the phone said would refund and did not
- Where do I start: room was dirty, tub was chipped, tv didn’t work, light at work station out, no regular size pillows
