Bed and pillows were phenomenal. I didn?t want to get up!

The food choice I had was just ok and the beef smelled a little funky.

It looked brand new. Very clean and maintained.

Food options the night we were there were very limited

Clean room, comfortable bed, fluffy bath towels, plenty of complimentary water, great parking

Receptionist looked at me as if I came from Mars. Not welcoming? Because of my dress? Driving miles and miles on route 66 might have made me look very different than those gamblers. I tried to make her cheerful of ghost @ El Rancho,

I haven't been to this hotel for several years. The hotel has become somewhat impersonal, the slots are to tight, food was ok but nothing to rave about

The beds are comfortable. Everything is clean and yet doesn't smell like bleach.

They had a casino

Only place in the United States that still has a mask requirement- will not be going back again.

The room was amazing and comfortable. We were driving through and came in late, it was so welcoming to get into a nice beautiful room, awsum shower and super comfy bed. Totally over exceeded my expectations.

I wish more places to eat were open later. Even something small and quick within the casino.

The non-smoking and our waitress in the sports bar was amazing

The Indulgence coffee shop not being open when it was noted to be open

Size of room to include fridge, coffee area, bathroom with 2 sinks was exceptional. Ease to use TV. Housekeeping was present every day. Quiet entire stay and views. Courteous staff.

Coffee/sandwich shop= "Indulgence" Staff did not know hours for early coffee drinkers. Hard to read prices/expensive. Food items not "fresh," unable to drink coffee (no flavor). Cafe opens late for B'Fast- should offer discount.

Friendly staff, clean room, fun sports bar, and delicious food at the steakhouse.

Key cards would not work. I had to go through 3 of them to open my door.

The beds were very comfortable, soft & relaxing.

Everything was fine. It needs a large clock at entrance, due to time change traveling from out of state.

Room is really spacious, staff is super friendly and rooms are clean. 2nd time visiting

Steakhouse dining was over rated. Still a good meal. Service was great. Flavors just weren¿t as exciting as we were expecting given the rest of the hotel. We would certainly stay there again and would recommend to others. Love their COVID Protocol.
