Very nice check in, free upgrade to the executive suite. The restaurant for dinner is always pleasant. Parking is easy.

The aircon made an intermittent noise most of the night even when off. We stay frequently and I've always asked to take breakfast to my husband, who stays with our dog while I enjoy the view. This time, despite many items already in disposable take away plastic containers, I was told no. I should have ordered the night before and breakfast would have been delivered.

Perfect for a short getaway — clean, quiet, and excellent service.

We’ve stayed in over 150 hotels, and this was by far one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The view from the 7th floor was absolutely fantastic, the room was spacious and spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained.The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the indoor pool was both beautiful and impeccably clean — a real highlight of our stay. We also appreciated how peaceful it was; during our 5 days and 4 nights, we didn’t hear a single noise — just pure silence and relaxation.Parking was large, convenient, and fairly priced — and for the first time ever, we had zero issues using the EV chargers, which was a pleasant surprise!The hotel’s location was perfect as well: in a lovely area close to shopping centers, restaurants, and with easy access to highways toward Switzerland and Germany.Honestly, there’s nothing we could complain about. Everything exceeded expectations. A truly great place — and we’ll definitely come back if we get the chance!

Indoor and outdoor swimming pools are great; the view from them (and from the breakfast area) is quite nice and peaceful.

Gorgeous, spacious room with floor to ceiling windows. High ceilings, large comfortable bed, nicely furnished. Wheelchair accessible bathroom and entrance. Seamless parking and check-in process. Shopping centre and food right across the road (but note this is closed on Sundays).

Poor communication from staff in general including telling me the wrong time for breakfast and cost, and hanging up the phone on me multiple times on purpose after being rude, when I was trying to get directions and confirmation for accessible parking. This is not ok. It made me want to cancel my stay but I am glad I went anyway. Customer service could definitely improve. Toilet button had fingerprints all over it and hadn't been cleaned, and floor in the room also hadn't been cleaned properly. Even though the hotel is wheelchair accessible, the disabled car spaces are just normal sized car spaces close to the lift. For those with mobility devices that need extra space to open car doors etc (wheelchair, crutch and rollator users) these are not adequate or within the regulatory guidelines. The two accessible parking spaces should only be one, which would then be the right size. No accessibility for the pool - apparently there is an accessible entrance somewhere if you get a key card but I coudn't find it. Was told this only on check out when I asked.

Friendly staff and lovely hotel. We used the spa and the gym while we were there. Breakfast was great!

The room was very nice and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The swimming pool was also very good. It would be even better if the water temperature in both the indoor and outdoor pools were a little higher.

Very nice place to stay! Comfortable and clean room, excellent location! The SPA and the pool are also very nice!

The only disappointment is that the parking is 15 Euro per night even for guests. The breakfast is quite expensive too. They charge 150 Euro in addition as a deposit and don't tell you about it. The mini-bar in the room is empty and I don't understand what is the deposit for!

the sauna was supposed to open at 10 but wasn’t ready untill 10:40be careful at the edge of the pool, I sprayned my ankle because the plastic gum gatter was not installed properly

Modern hotel close to highway with really nice spa and parking space.Breakfast was also really nice with a stunning views from 10th floor.

The rooms are spacious, the breakfast buffet is diverse with fresh pancakes, rosti, etc, and complete with nice views. The pool is one of the best we've been to, and child-friendly as well. Whether it is the staff at reception, in the breakfast area, or the services team, everyone is very friendly and kind.Breakfast is served until 10am during the week, 11am at the weekend/holidays + checkout is at 12pm - this was nice, and later than most hotels. With a 2.5 yo, that's much appreciated. Our first time, we stayed in a suite, and while none was available this time, the business double room was still enough for the three of us (double bed + baby bed). FYI, the baby bed is for a kid maximum 90cm.The hotel is next to a shopping mall, with many restaurants and a supermarket, which is convenient for shopping before heading back home. There's also a bus stop taking you to the city centre a few times per hour.

It was our second time as we loved it the first time. However, we were not as happy as the first time, as it seems the standards have lowered. The bedsheets had holes, the bathrobes and towels have seen better days, this is not great for a 4* hotel. The insulation of the room also wasn't the best as we could hear the noise from the outside, even from the 8th floor - it seems the window had a teeny tiny gap. On our first day, there also weren't any towels left in the pool area and we had to get out to ask the staff. At breakfast, we were all looking for glasses and mugs whereas it wasn't a busy time anymore.For families: Bear in mind there's no bathrobes nor slippers for little ones, we'd have expected that from a hotel with such standing. Since the first time we came, they also do not provide us with a pillow and blanket for toddlers anymore as per Marriott policy since unfortunately there was an incident a while ago. If we had known, we'd have brought one from home as our toddler is used to it and had to sleep covered by a towel.Restaurant - Feedback for management: we had dinner at the hotel on Jan 2nd, there was only one bartender and one waitress, with a full restaurant. While we waited for ages, we felt so bad for them as they were running around from one table to the other (we had dinner at 6pm). We understand it is the holiday period, but they would definitely have benefited from a 3rd person given the restaurant was fully booked.Parking is 12€ per day, a bit high for a city like Dornbirn.While this is feedback that can easily help improve customers' experience, we will be happy to come back in the future.

Great room, nice spa

The location was perfect for our propose to going to a concert at the Messegelände. But it is not in a beautiful location if you are looking for nice surroundings ,

Amazing breakfast (with sekt, omelette is live cooked, a lot of choice), room is large and comfortable. The wellness is the largest I have seen in a hotel (5 sauna's, 1 steam cabin), a very large outdoor pool, and an indoor pool. The food in the restaurant is limited, but it is decent. Free charging of electric car (but do read further, it also has a negative side).

There are 4 spots for charging your electric car (2 exclusively for Tesla, 2 for other). You are only allowed to charge for 4 hours. However, people start charging their car in the evening and do not remove it in the morning. Two spots were occupied for at least 14 hours (from 22h up till 12h the next day). When you complain about this at the reception desk, you get the answer that people know that they are only allowed to charge for 4 hours and they do not know who is the owner of the car.

Love the modern chic design. Upon entering the lobby it has a nice smell. It makes you feel relaxed. The personnel were very friendly and polite. I was going to the pool area after my workout and I was guided and shown the direction by one of the Manager of the hotel. So professional and friendly. Breakfast has a good selection of food and the view at the top was breathtaking.. Love the facilities at the Spa. Indoor pool and outdoor are amazing. It was huge ..With jacuzzi, water jet spray and foot massage. At the Spa area fresh water and Tea are served. I think it would be great if some fruits are offered.. Everything about this hotel, it's wonderful. Worth your money.

We actually requested for an early check-in but ofcourse we understood that it depends on availability. Alas we were there at 1455pm. But we have to wait another 30 minutes before we can check-in to our room.

Bar staff were attentive and prompt. Bar food good. Breakfast was ordinary and being honest quite limited in choices. Staff very attentive, kept the tables clean - which is a big plus in my book Great views . Great omlette by the chef

difficult checkin and out as in it just felt awkward. Plus their IT had not registered i had pre paid so some time at checkout to produce the emails and confirmations when they asked me to pay it again. The staff handled it very well BUT the IT needs to support them better.
