Executive Inn and Suites Jefferson

Location was good

Was very old and not well kept. AC could not keep up with weather and it was not that hot. All metal objects in room corroded due to moisture, including bathroom hinges and bathroom door was nearly immobilized due to this. Bathroom was filthy.

Price and location

The toilet seat was broken

Big room , quiet and clean.

Friendliness of the staff at the desk!

One day the room was not clean and most often did not receive the packs of coffee.

Close to where we were going

Our hotel room #08 had fleas. Will not be stay there again.

The best part was it being centrally located to town.

The images on line were deceptive. They did not offer breakfast as indicated. One bed was very hard and the other was pretty broken down. Traffic and train noise was pretty loud.

It was convenient to where we were going.

Disappointed that they still had no breakfast because of covid. We have been to other hotels recently that had breakfast so I don¿t know why this one didn¿t.

I liked the privacy in the rear window. It's a very short drive to downtown Jefferson.

I was unhappy about the frequent loud sounds of the train. It was all night long which kept me from sleeping well. The train was only about a block away.

Hotel did not provide housekeeping service. No coffee, no towels, beds not made. Location was awful as there was a lot of holes in the street that made truck traffic very loud. Train traffic went on all night.

Proximity

Terribly stained bedding. Main Door doesn¿t open much due to flooring installation. Dirty towels in bathroom. Cracked bathtub. Broken drain plug in bathtub. Mirror lights uncovered and not working. No internet connection. Ltd parking & poor lot condition

They charged me twice for the same room & won¿t give my money back One tv channel & the remote didn¿t work. Half pot of coffee still in pot. Hair in bathtub. Train horn sounded about once an hour. No breakfast. Was charged for king size bed & gotta double

Clean, comfortable,reasonably priced

Close to railroad, train noise, noisy highway

The room was okay, except there was ONE packet of decaf coffee and ONE packet of regular, for 2 people. We were up early to get breakfast before the breakfast bar closed (we were there by 8:15), and there WAS NONE! Worst we have ever seen.

Breakfast

NOISE! The hotel is too close to a Railroad Crossing that is VERY active. The trains horn was incessantly blowing!! Very difficult to sleep.

It is right off the highway. Easy to get too.

Our room was dirty. The floor in the room did not appear to be cleaned recently. The bathroom was awful. Had a 3" dead cockroach next to the tub. Towels were tiny and over all was gross.

location was great, room was clean, except for a towel had feet print on it.

noise level high, door did not operate easily. several attempts to unlock door was needed, closing took slamming to lock. felt bad about slamming due to noise to the neighbors.

The staff was very courteous, rooms were comfortable and clean. Location was great, easy to find streets and drive around town. Going through night sweats and the air conditioner worked perfect!

The only thing I would say wasn't up to par would be the breakfast. Wasn't horrible, I just have an Autistic child and there wasn't much that she could eat. Yes a train goes by, but Jefferson is a train town and it didn't bother me at all. Slept great !!

They need to wash the sheets. The bathroom tub was also dirty.
