Hilton Sedona Resort At Bell Rock

Hotel was very dilapidated and the room smelled old and musty. The pool area was aged and needed serious updating! It is extremely over priced.

Great location close to many hikes. Some decent food options within walking distance.

Pricey. Outdated. Not much luxury for a resort. Food was so-so. Not close at all to the rest of Sedona with the traffic.

The hotel itself was very nice and the staff was very nice.

Our room was not clean at all.We had issues with the bedding being filthy on the bed and fold out bed.The pillows, sheets and blankets were so bad that our booking was for 2 nights and we only stayed for one.The ac did not work,sink had still dirty water.

very $$ and was not aware there would be a resort fee and parking fee. it's a nice hotel but its not worth the price. we went in high season so it was over $--- night. For that amount, I was expecting a lot more.

Good location. The view could be improved with a few trimmed trees. Easy drive between PHX And Grand Canyon, not far from amazing Sedona.

Nice but older hotel rooms and hallways. Foyer and common areas nice.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

The toilet seat in our room was old, rotting and dilapidated. I paid $--- for one night and a toilet seat costs about $20. It was horrible.

Perfect location!

Housekeeping was not provided on a daily basis! We stayed 3 nights and never received housekeeping services.

It's location was a perfect distance from downtown Sedona, with an amazing view of Bell Rock. The staff is friendly and hospitable.

The hotel needs major updating. We were disappointed by the sinking bed mattress, dated furniture, lack of luxury in the bathroom (toilet and faucet pressures were low)considering how much we paid per night in what's supposed to be a resort.

Beautiful entrance, beautiful pool and outside area. I liked the activities at night: star gazing, etc.

We had ants galore in our room. We did not eat in our room, but ants everywhere on the floor and sink in the kitchen. I feel it wasn't cleaned well from the previous visitors. The elevators were always down, we had to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor.

The smoke detector was pepping for the whole night starting 3:00 Am was back on and off which made aWake for the whole night. Never got good sleep for the money I spent in that Hotel

Location- far from town Pictures- not what you got- room dated, pool small, no views Rooms- old, small, dated, Linens- hard Pillows- disgusting & just cotton balls Towels- stained & old Carpet- gross Walls- dirty Food- horrible & EXPENSIVE

The location and staff are great. Close to bell rock, but distanced enough to not deal with the heavy traffic sedona brings.

The hotel room was completely outdated and there were various tears in our carpet and bedding. Upon arrival, underneath the beds were not completely cleaned out. In addition, we had various issues with children being loud in the hallway.

Two rooms

Was not worth the price. Had a fire place but only with glowing coals. Bartenders were surly. You had to be careful what food you ordered because most was way too salty. The elevator closest to the room didn¿t work for much of our stay.

That the room was a 1 bedroom suite & has a fireplace.

The spa left much to be desired: decor was like my high school locker room, no water or aroma therapy scent, no dim lighting, sauna & steam room had moldy/musky smell, sun deck didn¿t have seating. The rooms had a parking lot view, not the golf course.

The restaurant was very overpriced for what it was. Starbucks was only available from 5-11 am. I also didn't like that it was so far from Sedona uptown. You have to drive everywhere.

The overall property -fireplace and balcony in the room, spacious and cozy lobby, great restaurant and bar, fire pits outside, excellent pool area.

Spacious, quiet suite, nicely furnished. Very attentive nd helpful staff. Perfect location for day trips.
