- All the staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The hotel had everything we needed and was very clean.
- Nothing. Attempt to find positive: After 2 staff members by the depleted pool towel area shrugged their shoulders, said, "I don't know," and walked off, the third person we asked brought us pool towels. One waiter was nice. Overall - Terrible experience.
- The food was exceptional, especially for an all-inclusive. The service at every level was impeccable...housekeeping, front desk, bar, buffet, restaurants...friendly and efficient people.
Cons -
- Room service was cold 2 of the 3 nights.
- Not as pictured/described. VERY run down. Did not get king as booked; staff said it was a "super king,"(2 queens). Pushy sales attempt upon check-in (vacation club) even though said "no, not interested" multiple times. Much more! Left after 1 night.
