Hotel have good structure, nice pools, staff is nice

Food is not good at all, during lunch you only have snack options and one restaurante a la carte that serves very poor quality food. No fresh juice, very few options of non alcoholic drinks. This hotel is certainly not 4-star.

Size & location entertainment

We complained about the a/c not working it was set on 68 and couldn't be adjusted. Me & my daughter are both sick with bad colds, literally just called the doctor to get meds i stepped on a piece glass on the rug its still in my heel cheap liquor

Smell was musty, moldy in room and hall.

Excellent experience. Beach was beautiful, hotel had all the amenities expected, service was excellent.

The buffet at the paloma was very good. The Italian restaurant was very pretty but the food was just ok. But it¿s Mexico, you don¿t go there for Italian food. The taqueria was excellent and the seafood restaurant by the beach too.

my favorite part has to the the location and the food. the restaurants were amazing and so was the buffet. it was my first time in mexico and i couldn¿t have chosen a better resort. the food options were endless and i appreciated the staff so much!

Location

La vista restaurant, the staff is not nice, keeps on getting your plate even though your not done eating and would not refill drinks even when your asking.

I love the staff. And sushi bar is best part and the unlimited drink.

The room is average it need updates and ac does not work in room 1552 and the door lock was not working. The mini bar refrigerator need to be updated is old and also the bed were in bad shape.

Access to the beach

Everyday I lost power, the AC was down for 4h the last night. Water was shut down randomly also. The bathroom door couldn¿t open from the inside. I got locked in twice. They fixed it supposedly but I found out not really when I got stuck again

Had to deal with a leaking toilet in room and wasted one full day to fix that

The hotel was very relaxing and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Well the selling of timeshare was very aggressive. Took like a half day presentation on our second day of our vacation. Maybe if it was given a chance to enjoy it then it would have been more of a chance to get a timeshare.

The hotel workers and the food were definitely amazing. We loved the pools, jacuzzi by the beach bar, the steam shower.

Our room was smelling like mold the entire stay (6 nights). The TV needed to be unplugged to be turned off, permanently.

Location is great. Nice pools. Good cocktails. Beach was really good and easy to access.

The receptionists were not very friendly. Did not provide any details of the resort during check-in, not even a map or about the app that they have. The food, especially lunch and dinner at La Paloma was very mediocre and was very repetitive.

The pools and the beach are beautiful. There are three reservation req¿d restaurants were good, especially La Vista. The other restaurants were decent and the drinks were strong and plentiful. The staff was exceptional and everything is very clean.

My room location was bad, no view at all and renovation construction all around me, although the room was well furnished and cleaned. I was OK with this I got a really really really good rate. Also the lobby is very underwhelming.

Food

Greeting was horrendous. Didn¿t have my reservation; concierge was arrogant and demanded to see my passport without even and drunken guest propositioned me and my 11 daughter in the elevator. Yeah never going back.

Location is beachfront.

Food options are limited. Drinks are watered down.

It was easy to finding food was good. Staff were amazing

It was in a scary neighborhood. I was afraid to leave to go to my car. It was outdated. Turned the shower on to take one and the water was yellow. Everything closed early.

We loved the cleanliness of our room. we loved the location and being right on the beach. We loved the friendliness of most of the staff. We loved the entertainment crew. Loved the blessing of being able to travel and enjoy a much needed vacation!

The quality of alcohol was terrible. Mostly watered down drinks with cheap booze. We went down to the local store and bought some descent tequila to add to our drinks. The other thing was that this is a Vacation Club hotel. Sat thru a presentation.

Did not feel informed about all of the entertainment and events happening on the grounds. Also felt bombarded by the VIP Member staff.
