Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun - All Inclusive

The food was outstanding.

We had an unfortunate incident during our stay. The room above ours had a serious leak and it literally flooded the bathroom. It was late at night and our room was switched but it was an inconvenience to pack our belongings and go elsewhere that night.

This hotel had very beautiful, lush grounds that were very well cared for. The hotel room, all are sites, have beautiful views and are very large and comfortable. The beach is very calm. The two evening bartenders in La Joya were the best!!

The swim up bar staff were not all that friendly. Few options for dinner if no reservations, very frustrating.

The room lady out of 3 days at the hotel did not clean the room only once

The staff at this hotel is 5 star. Every employee we interacted with friendly and helpful. We had a couple requests and one maintenance issue that was addressed promptly. The property was spotless. The beach is clean and groomed.

Our last full day a large conference group checked in and the resort was very busy and common areas were crowded.

Rooms are very poor, very bad conditions. looks like a haunted house. They spend a lot of money on the lobby and less importances to the rooms.

They did a good job in engaging the guests, but the rooms are very poorly maintained with mirrors and place is out dated.

Easy, quick access to the beach.

it was showing wear in some places, but they seemed to be in the process of renovating.

The food was really good quality. The service was great, staff went above and beyond for us. Definitely will be back. We have been to all parts of Cancun/Riveria and this a a perfect medium sized hotel with a gorgoes beach, good food and good service.

The only thing would be there is not alot of entertainment around the pool during the day. But that made it a really relaxing getaway for us.

The reservations for dinner options at the onsite restaurants were hard to come by and very late in the evening for a family with young childeren. Several of the restaurants were adults only which made options very slim.

Excellent location right in Cancun downtown. Beautiful clean beach which is unique to Cancun. Last time we stayed would of airport and the beach was a disappointment. The beach water is near to perfect. Hotel had great choice of food.

Great events! Food was good. Room was good after we were changed.

1st room given unbelievably bad. Room need lots of work! Could barely see in bathroom mirror. Wasn?t told about events. Found on our own about the Mex ngt. Shld have had Latin night as option so we make res. Ital rest ?? Wed ann not acknowledged.

Many of the inclusive restaurants required a dress code that we were unaware of.

Private beach was really nice. Rooms were clean.

Unfortunately jewelry and cash were stolen from our room. It was reported to hotel. I have not had a response from hotel as we discovered after we got home. Food was average - best meal was breakfast. Very family friendly.

The restaurants were amazing! Much better than your average all inclusive.

Only one negative experience, but it did not ruin our day. A young group of men, seemed to be dressed in work clothes, set up on the private beach where we were enjoying the serenity and started blasting rap music. The guard did not intervene, so we left.

Everything: limitless food and drink options, comfortable rooms, exceptional service, extensive pool & beach spaces, and overall beauty. Evening entertainment was solid. Experiencing "The Table" restaurant was amazing--a truly unique & memorable time.

This place was amazing! If I had to pick a very little point of criticism, I'd ask that the drink-making be more consistent across the property. It would've also been nice to have some spa services (e.g. sauna) included in the basic price.

The tequila drinks need a less harsh flavor tequila. The food at the buffet seemed to have several food selections that were less than warm which reminded me of hospital food . Over all experience was good. Will glady return once items are addres
