No free breakfast as advertised. Advanced reservations more expensive than just walking in

The hotel staff, particularly the girl at the front desk, was very professional, courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We were there with our travel hockey team. It would have been great to offer our 18 room group a discount on the Sunday breakfast.

Location, quietness, view

clean comfortable hotel in a relaxing environment. Very convenient location.

I?ve stayed at this hotel twice. It?s the only one around Albuquerque that I feel safe staying at. It?s worth the little extra time it takes driving to it.

Room was so nice and clean. Everything worked and nice shower and amenities.

I selected this hotel specifically for the bed/room choice, but when I checked in, I was given a room that I did not request as the counter clerk said "they overbooked the room I requested." I would have rather stayed elsewhere for less.

Maid woke us up on checkout day at 7am. we planned to sleep in and were very upset. she didn't answer our questions but just kept walking. why would you knock on a door if it's not time to check out?!

The staff is so friendly and helpful, the rooms are the right size, the beds are comfortable.

Very Clean - large room - nice pool - good breakfast for additional cost - both buffet and made to order.

Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming; room was very clean and comfortably furnished with modern and well-maintained furnishing. I appreciated the noon check-out time.

I did not like the absence of a hot tub in pool area, and the room air conditioning was louder than I expected for quality level of hotel.

Getting to the hotel off the main street is confusing going thru the side street.

I stayed there many years ago. It didn't compare. The ambience was sterile and the room didn't have what other less expensive hotels have, including breakfast (unless you pay for it). I was very disappointed with Hilton. It didn't reflect the name.

The staff was wonderful. Every staff member I interacted with all four days of the stay were friendly and attentive. Some of the best I've encountered in a long time.

The bathroom doors did not stay open and I had to request the shower to be recleaned.which they did with no hesitation or attitude but still wasnt the best.I recommend a brush to clean the dirt out of the groves in the bottom of the shower.

The staff people, were absolutely nice. And it was quiet.

I came in very late from airport arrival. The front desk hostess was kind and helpful. When I entered, a lamp was on making it feel welcoming after a long flight.

It was a bit noisy , especially first thing - traffic and construction going on. It happens.

Location

I booked a second room on accident at the wrong location and they were unable to change it to the right location, so I was charged twice. Calling into customer service was not helpful.

Location was good. Room was clean and updated.

There¿s no parking for check in! We got in late, had to park in back and walk all the way around to check in and then again to bring in luggage. Lame. Also got woken up by a police dog barking and cops yelling in the hallway arresting someone at 12am!

The hotel location was convenient.

Bed was stiff and noisy with the metal stand underneath. The TV frequently would lose connectivity on our 2 day stay. AC/Heater runs only on high. This is more of a personal preference, but when it would kick on it would be freezing and blasting.
