Pros +
- Amazing location! But the hotel staff is beyond amazing. They are there to help and make your stay perfect. From the manager, restaurant, cleaner, receptionist. Everyone was simply amazing. They were accommodating and made it for a great stay
- Staff was very accommodating. Room was spacious.
- Perfect location - you can't do any better. Beautifully restored "palace." Artfully designed interiors. Very pleasant, attentive staff. Nice breakfasts, New bathroom fixtures and tastefully furnished rooms.
Cons -
- The rooms are a bit small. Not smaller than other places but they aren't very spacious - understandable as you in the old city thou
- Bed was horrific. Parking for hotel an how the transfer and parking service works was not documented well enough. You park in the same lot as the Argentina and they hand transfer your luggage inside city walls. This was documented poorly on the web
- Even with an upgrade our room was a little small considering the cost.
