The Pucic Palace

Amazing location! But the hotel staff is beyond amazing. They are there to help and make your stay perfect. From the manager, restaurant, cleaner, receptionist. Everyone was simply amazing. They were accommodating and made it for a great stay

Bed was horrific. Parking for hotel an how the transfer and parking service works was not documented well enough. You park in the same lot as the Argentina and they hand transfer your luggage inside city walls. This was documented poorly on the web

Perfect location - you can't do any better. Beautifully restored "palace." Artfully designed interiors. Very pleasant, attentive staff. Nice breakfasts, New bathroom fixtures and tastefully furnished rooms.

Even with an upgrade our room was a little small considering the cost.

Stunning hotel in the best location in the Old Town. Amazing bathroom, with incredible soaking tub. You feel like you've stepped back in time, with everything in the hotel beautifully restored and preserved. Staff was amazing and breakfast exceptional. Everyone could want for a fairytale like stay in this beautiful city.

Loved the staff!! Every single person was more than helpful, accommodating, professional, courteous, and friendly! Loved its location!! Loved the shower and tub “room” within the bathroom. Bed linens were lovely!The bellmen service from the main gate was incredibly helpful, essential and worth every room rate dollar!!

I couldn’t open my window due to the portable AC unit’s tubing being affixed to it. Needed an additional blanket on the bed, underneath the coverlet. Wished there was a sitting room or a library off of the lobby, in which hotel guests could relax, read, or have tea between shopping and touring or after a long flight.

If you want to see the old town in Dubrovnik, this is the place to stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Old world charm throughout.

The staff was exceptional- nice, funny, helpful- a pleasure to interact with. It was extremely easy to e-mail and clarify details, arrange a car service, and our porter was exceptionally lovely.

The staff working at Pucic was outstanding, the best of all our accommodations in Croatia. The location was perfect and the exclusive experience of being at Pucic Palace was special. Also, the porter service was so convenient and appreciated.

This hotel is in a perfect spot in the old town. Close to everything. We had the family room which was 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Tons of space. Staff were amazing and helpful. Hotel met us at town gate and walked us to the hotel. Much easier the first day. Breakfast was a gormet affair on an outside patio. old town could be a little loud in the evening but this was true in all old town. The hotel service, cleaning, security and location top notch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pucic Palace. The location right in the centre was perfect and the staff so helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Staff were extremely friendly, especially the women on the reception during the day, couldn’t be helpful enough. Location is extremely central for exploring. Great breakfast choices. Rooms very comfortable.

Hotel Pucic OOZES Charm and is in the best possible location in the old town. The free breakfast (available in the winter) was amazing. The staff was very attentive, even helping me solve several travelers problems. Room and bathroom are both big with high ceilings. They provided both central air and a space heater so I was very comfortable.

The location of the hotel changed an incredible experience into an unforgettable one.Bells serenaded us in the morning and we were only a few minutes walk from both main gates.The staff felt like friends from the start and did everything humanly possible to help us.Amazing people. Fabulous place.
