Krystal Grand Cancún- All Inclusive

Great spot on the beach

Wifi is TERRIBLE. They kept painting and we had to move rooms twice due to the toxic smell. Room AC was below par.

So much.?the food, the room (the air conditioner kept breaking), no entertainment except at the party pool or at night, the very crowded beach, the system of getting reservations for the restaurants, not very friendly staff, hard to communicate with staff

The staff are bullied. We had a couple of Friends stop by at the beach to say hello and the bullied them to leave. They weren't drinking or using the facilities and they were on the public beach. Within minutes they came over bulllied them to leave

The location was walking distance to shops, restaurants and entertainment. The all inclusive option was fantasy and the buffet had great food options.

At times the AC unit in the room did not work properly. Only 1 working elevator for 14 floors long waiting times.

The location was the best part of the hotel. The views were amazing and you were close to everything like the shops, bars, and little stores like pharmacy and 7-11. The food was great for an all inclusive and would have loved to experience more.

The only few things was the lack of ac working and how the linen on the bed stunk. If felt wet from the humidity and just smelled. Otherwise everything else was great. Just get the ac to work at max and linen to actually smell non wet

The staff was excellent, food was great. location and beach was awsome. really enjoyed our experience

I liked the hotel. The staff are very hospitable and ready to help with whatever you need. The pools and the access to the beach was perfect. The food at the buffet was great and the restaurants were really good.

This hotel is DEFINITELY NOT a 4 star hotel! It should be classified as a 3 star hotel. The noise at night was very loud until 12 and 1 am. Glad we brought a sound machine! The shampoo and conditioner left all of our hair feeling like straw.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and this time for some reason it was the worst experience I've ever had so there isn't anything I liked best.

Unfortunately this time, I did not like anything. Our check in process was horrible, the staff was rude about not giving us towel cards when it was their error. We had to go back the next day to get those. The rooms were not cooling well, plus more!

The beach and location were very nice.

The bed was old and bouncy. Very little furniture in the room. We were forced to give up our luggage when we arrived. It took over an hour to have luggage delivered to our room.

The best is location. This hotel is literally sitting at the beach next to the ocean. It is just a minute yo get to the ocean and sit on the many free seats to cool from the heat. Resturaunts are very clean with friendly staff and everyone inside is kind.

Room smells like salt from ocean obviously.Resturant food is repetitive and you will get bored of it.Shower smelled like rotten eggs on last day of stay. ALL RESTURAUNTS IN HOTEL TAKE PESOS AND CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS INSTEAD OF CASH VERY INCONVENIENT.

Plenty of activities to do and explore. From big party drinking to just relaxing by the pool or walk the beach. Food is excellent and affordable. Included breakfast buffet was amazing. Plenty to choose from from authentic to Americanized.

Its a pretty large hotel so going up to your room can take a while when waiting for an elevator. Weekends can get somewhat loud at night with the partiers having fun. Wasn't too bad as this is expected.

It had a loud whine coming from the restroom that wouldn't let us sleep. The room service was awful, called about 10 times until they answer and I received what I asked for.

Krystal Grand Cancun is now Krystal Altitude. PLEASE CHANGE THE HOTEL NAME TO THE CORRECT NAME. Got dropped in wrong hotel and had to walk to the right hotel. Was not a pleasant experience especially after a long day. pool hours and gym time very shor

This h oh gel is in a excellence location.

The bed was hard. The room smelled like mildew, lookin up at the ceiling I seen where there was patch work from water damage. I was there for just one night so I want to head on and stayed in the room, opened the sliding glass door for air flow.

The location was really the only thing I liked about this hotel.

Check-in took almost an hour. We went to the wrong hotel first. There are three Krystal hotels in the same area. It was very frustrating. The refrigerator in the room was disgusting. The pictures looks absolutely nothing like the actual hotel room.

The location, the address did not match the name of Krystal Grand Cancun when it is actually Krystal Altitude when I tried Waze, Google Maps and Apple Maps. Check in took over 30 minutes, I brought a guest and their check in took 20 minutes.
