Grand Park Royal Cancun is located on a private 500-yard stretch of beach on the Caribbean Sea. It features 2 outdoor pools and 4 restaurants and lounges. All rooms at Grand Park Royal Cancun - All Inclusive have a sea view, balcony, mini-bar and flat-screen satellite TV. Rooms also have an iron and a desk. The villas offer butler service and 24-hour room service. Dining options include El Mirador restaurant, which offers breakfast and dinner a la carte, with Italian dishes in a fine-dining environment, Cocay restaurant offers a buffet with international cuisine, Flor de Sal offers seafood dishes for lunch & Mexican menu for dinner and Koi Restaurant serves oriental cuisine. Guests can enjoy outdoor massages and spa treatments. The property also offers access to a fitness center, for an additional cost. Cancun International Airport is a 30-minute drive away.

A second service within this period will have an additional cost of 15 USD. The use of purified water dispensers is implemented in the hotel areas. - Great view from our room!! Pool is great both! Food in restaurants were good, Italian breakfast was amazing! I loved that chair saving was not a huge issue at this resort. Wait staff very kind and good.
- The beach and the hotel it?s self was nice, there is room for improvement. The adult pool and main pool were nice.
- Every staff member was extremely friendly!
Cons -
- Food at buffet was ok not great, rules about men not being able to come into a restaurant in a tank top, and a women could wear a swimsuit and cover up and eat was ridiculous. It is 2025, men and women should be held to same standard.
- Not organized with the staff at check in or concierge. For the price the food needs to be way better, Poor quality, lack of flavor. Not many options for the pool for food items compared to other hotels I have stayed at. The NYE party was ok.
- I paid for a swim up ocean view room and I got a swim up construction view room. I did not get to enjoy the view from my room or my room due to the construction and the work they were doing the entire time. Didnt want to refund me
