Pros +
- Perfect location. Best showers and superb staff.
- Friendly staff. Motel literally at bus stop into Gent. Free parking. Was able to leave our rental car in parking lot after check-out while we spent day in Gent.
- Lovely welcome here - arrived slightly early but no issues getting checked in, great breakfast and surprisingly strong beer on the bar! Plenty of space to park and the rooms are cosy and well kitted out. Sort of motel like in feel, appreciated the outside blind to help keep the room cool given the mini heatwave. Easy to get into town, 10 minutes walk to nearest tram stop and then about another 10 minutes ride and you're in the center. Gent is a lovely city to visit and this was perfect for our days stop.
Cons -
- A little dated.
- Old, tired motel. Mildew on ceiling. Shower curtain too small for length of shower. Slippery, narrow shower. Breakfast too expensive.
- I informed that I will arrive at 02:00 in the morning, they did not arrange locker for me. I had to sleep untill 06.00 in the morning in the car untill a person comes to open the hotel.Than, they said there is no clean room, they gave a a dirty room to get at least a shower ?

Some (may be 1) helpful staff

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Dirty and old room. Very poor cleaning service.
Lovely little hotel, staff super friendly and helpful and little bar pleasant for a drink. Can also purchase a small range of snacks. Rooms clean and tidy. Free onsite parking.
Dated decor, lights in all rooms not working. A little way out so nothing really in the area especially when the restaurant is not open at the weekends for any food other than breakfast.
The room was clean and spacious. Wifi was excellent and the bathroom had an actual tub. Breakfast was very good and complete. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
No electrical outlet next to the bed for charging. It's a small complaint and a blessing because it prevented me of doom scrolling for too long.
Great distance from motorway. Comfortable room and great breakfast.
Bed comfortable
Stains on wall . Dinner very poor. Dinner Overpriced expensive
A good place to stay if you are driving. The price is reasonable for the offer.
A little far away from the city
Room: 2 toiletts paper for 2 days, empty without.
As usual I travel unsocial hours and I stop between 1 and 2 pm as being a truck driver I have to take a minimum 9hr breakSo i have to leave at about 12am or 1am so I can get to the port in time to catch my ferrySo the Lovely people arranged a Breakfast food bag for me to take it was very good 2 1/2 sandwiches cake apple yogurt and a bottle of fizzy drink Thank you so much it was well appreciated
Coffee making wasn't up to much No milk only 2 coffee sachets Also my room had no curtains just nets and on the ground floor but it did not bother me as was so tired
Room,No BBC UK TV Service?? Bath a little to small for elderleyBreakfast delicious well presented
The staff were amazing with looking out for me. Recommended an awesome beer at dinner. The room itself was spic'n'span and comfortable in every way, only the exterior is not "brand new". I absolutely will stay here again, without hesitation. I consider it a great value. The on-site restaurant isn't a "compromise out of convenience" or anything - no, it's actually a good place to eat!! Internet was better than most, that made my life easier.
No negatives.
Unhygienic and dirty room
The sheets were dirty, mold on the walls and dirty bathroom.
Very very basic accommodation, building is old and cold, room has a bed but not a lot else, paper cups which are not replaced if you use them. No hairdryer, no plug near the bed for charging phone at night. Food is very expensive and simply not worth it. Its redeeming quality is that it has a bus stop just opposite the entrance which takes you into Sint Peters station in about 10 minutes.
Room, food.
Convenient location just off the motorway. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
A little run-down, but the location and facilities were just what we needed.
Value hotel near the motorway. Clean warm and comfortable. Bonus having a kettle. Felt very safe here being a solo traveller.
Nothing - could have a veggie option on the menu
Cheap room ideal for a stop over. Has a kettle in the room which is nice to make own drinks. Beds not overly comfortable but for a quick stay no problem. Free parking.
The location is easy to find and close enough to tram stations to get into town, few minutes drive to a local Aldi and also restaurants and takeaways. 3 minutes away from the motorway so very easy to get to other major city’s
The property has plenty of parking. The rooms are really good sized and great value for money. The bar are is quite large and a great atmosphere
