Guidelines are: Only dogs 75 lbs. or less are accepted (Pit Bulls and Rottweilers are excluded). Only Patterson Lake Cabins are pet friendly. Guest will be required to sign a pet waiver form at check-in at the Front Desk and Front Desk will authorize (not charge) a $250 pet damage fee. The $75 fee is in addition to the room rate. Tax is additional to the fee. Pets (dogs are only pets allowed) are only allowed at Patterson Lake Cabins.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros +

The lobby and little nooks were so welcoming and cozy. Warm holiday feel.
The location was excellent and the hot tub was nice.
We loved the location which was in a beautiful area with many outdoor opportunities.

Cons -

The wall in the bathroom next to toilet not clean. I mentioned and it wasn't addressed. Creamer for the lobby coffee was little individual-sized creamers, which is wasteful and they always ran out. The heated pool & main hot tub were not working.
We were not given the room we booked. Our upgraded lodging had only one bed and a sofa sleeper. The refrigerator was dirty, several windows were wide open and some of our food was eaten during the night by a mouse.
Dining options (the menu) were limited and a bit pricey.

The location was excellent and the hot tub was nice.

The location was absolutely stunning! The front desk staff during the evening was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was very inviting nice and cozy with a big fire burning.

The room didnt appear to be vacuumed, and there was just a lot of dated dingy busted items in the room. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, which didnt make me feel very safe the air vent looks like it was about to fall on our heads, and the lampshades were so old and warped and cracking and pieces of them falling onto the counter. We were told that the hot tub would be available at 9 AM and they didnt open the gate until 10 AM.
