- The lobby and little nooks were so welcoming and cozy. Warm holiday feel.
- Food and service in dining room was fantastic. Exceptional horseback riding opportunity. Star gazing was wonderful.
- I have stayed there many times and they never disappoint.
Cons -
- The wall in the bathroom next to toilet not clean. I mentioned and it wasn't addressed. Creamer for the lobby coffee was little individual-sized creamers, which is wasteful and they always ran out. The heated pool & main hot tub were not working.

ADA accessible rooms are available upon request. These rooms are limited, please contact Sun Mountain Lodge in advance to reserve an ADA accessible room. PATTERSON LAKE CABINS ARE NOW DOG FRIENDLY. Guidelines are: Only dogs 75 lbs. or less are accepted (Pit Bulls and Rottweilers are excluded). Only Patterson Lake Cabins are pet friendly. Guest will be required to sign a pet waiver form at check-in at the Front Desk and Front Desk will authorize (not charge) a $250 pet damage fee. The $75 fee is in addition to the room rate. Tax is additional to the fee. Pets (dogs are only pets allowed) are only allowed at Patterson Lake Cabins.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
