the room was a good size.

The restaurant was not able to receive 5 heads for dinner, even the restaurant was 10% used. We have been redirected to the next restaturant. The staff was not flexible at all. The rooms were old, the bathrooms are from the 80's. and full of water marks on the equipments.Breakfast was low level comparred to the price.

The service, particularly of one person, who had an attitude, bad manners. But also with the lack of more people at the hotel, everything has to be done or asked at the reception

The location (on the Mullerthal trail) and relaxing (sauna and swinging pool) facilities.

The bed was too short for me (stomach sleeper 1m80) and the pillow was too big. The first night I wanted to make use of the sauna but it was turned off, I later found out you have to ask for it in advance. I wanted to take a massage at the hotel, this wasn't possible any more even though it was one of their features.I made use of the Sunday Eden Barbecue, one piece of meat was still raw in the middle (I did get a replacement).

We were super happy about booking a sauna room.

unbelievably the spa was not staffed and no one was available to answer questions or demonstrate various features.

Dated, old, room wasn’t ready even though we were given the key to check in… wouldn’t stay here again! €19 for breakfast doesn’t even give you eggs or coffee like cappuccino/latte etc…

The sauna suite was excellent—clean, comfortable, and with an exceptional view of the lake nearby. Friendly service, nice breakfast (separate payment), and great location. We're planning to revisit this place in spring.

The property address on Booking.com was incorrect. If you plan to reach the hotel by car, find it on Google Maps.It would help if you had your bottle opener with you—there is no such thing in the room.

The rooms were big and clean. The bathroom was huge. I really liked the shower, and the bad for relaxing. The suite had a terras, where you could sit outside. Enjoy the sun. There were plenty of parkingspots. Wifi worked great. Friendly staff.

Some noise coming from people at the lake.

The staff was amazing, location and city views were awesome. there is a covered pathway connecting the spa facilities to the hotel, so no need to go outside, which was great.

Beds were a bit soft for our liking, breakfast was mostly bread and pastry, a few veggies would be nice.

There were no curtains, we had to close the roller shutter. Rooms were a bit outdated and bleak.

Sauna centre eas hard to find and there was no information about the opening hours (when saunas are hot). Some signs would help a lot.

This is a comfortable hotel with large well equipped rooms in convenient location for overnight stay.

We booked the hotel partly because it looked like it had a good restaurant. And our booking confirmation provided a price for a set evening dinner. But when we phoned ahead to book a table we were told the restaurant was closed that day. And this was on a Friday in mid-September!

We had a great stay at Eden au Lac, the hotel was in a perfect location near the town centre and beside the lake. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The room and bathroom were extremely spacious, very clean and had a nice balcony with great views over the garden. The spa facilities were great, with many options including an indoor, outdoor pool as well as different saunas, hammams and relaxation rooms. Ideal for a relaxing weekend. Best of all, the hotel is located very close to many beautiful hiking trails of the Mullerthal region, and it is also right next to the Echternach lake. Excellent location. We were also gifted a local bottle of wine upon leaving, which was a nice finishing touch to an already ideal stay.

The hotel itself is a little old and it shows in the outdated room decoration and somewhat creaky beds. Another minor detail is that we left two spa towels on the floor to be exchanged, and they exchanged all towels in the bathroom except the ones on the floor. A sign clearly indicated that to be environmentally friendly, please only leave towels on the floor that should be exchanged, and the rest will stay (common practice at many hotels) but it seems they did the opposite.

The view is awesome, the pool is very relaxing and clean, the room is cosy and has all the necessities, the staff is very friendly and welcoming

The pillows are not comfortable.

All was lovely, very spacious and clean, lovely staff. Amazing terrace and views. Pity that we had little time to enjoy it.

Well positioned for what we needed and facilities were good

Didn't eat breakfast or evening at the hotel, if they had just put on a sensible price meals then we would have probably used more. Breakfast for 4 cost was well out of budget and not value for moneyHotel a little dated and could do with modenising, and evening bar lacked atmosphere so would have probably used more. Plenty of local services though so didn't prevent enjoyment

The indoor and outdoor pool was great, with an easy access from the room. We used it a lot.

The breakfast missed any fresh fruit and vegetables, This is really below the standard these days in such a good hotel. The coffee could also have been better.
