- Very professional and flexible staff. We arrived just before 11pm and still the manager assured a smooth and care free check-in.Great location, classic room, nice toiletteries.Very clean and a very nice Italian niche coffee in the room.

- Not much
Cons -
- Everything was great
- I stayed there for two weeks, The door wouldn't lock, and after sending someone to fix it, it seemed to be fixed only to come out in th morning and come back with the door wide open. Nothing was missing though. Poor service, and there was barely anything for breakfast all days of the week except for the weekend where ther was a group and they put enough food
- We had trouble finding the hotel. We were hiking the Minett Trail and wandered a bit before we found the hotel but once we did it was worth it.

Understaffed, some days it was impossible for the only staff to manage the front desk and keep the breakfast area clean or stocked. Small room even by euro standards for the price.
Very warm welcome from young man at receptionEasy access to my roomNice wee balcony to watch the world go byGood shower - hot ? Breakfast was tasty. Nothing wild but tasty and filling.Only minor thing missing is USB charging point but I managed easily enough.Would definitely use again.
Breakfast wasn't nice cold bens and not much options.
The doesn't work, coffee machine doesn't work, hole in the wall
The guy at the desk was exceptional. He helped me park my car. It was late and it would have been very difficult on my own. Breakfast was also completely amazing!! Fabulous! with everything you can imagine to eat and drink!!! I loved this place!!!
Nice quiet room, at a shopping street but very quiet at night. The breakfast was simple but good. Very good location with public transport five minutes away which takes you to the Rockhal where we were going at night, but also to Luxemburg city.
Relaxed atmosphere, comfort, location
Small bedroom
The location was great! The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was superb! It was also great to have parking at the hotel, with an elevator! The decor was really nice and there was also an outside area for meals. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will return!
There was a lot of noise on the street at night. Nothing the hotel can do about it, but I was awoke a few times in the night due to people yelling. It was a Saturday night and I did have my window open. It would be nice to have ventilation inside the room so the windows could be closed.
We had a very plesant 3 days stay with our dog on this beautyful art deco styled hotel located very central in Esch-sur-Alzette. The room and breakfast was excellent. We were welcomed and guided by the very helpful porter/consierge Filipe.
There was nothing that was not to our liking.
breakfast
I didn't realise it would be in the middle of a city plus there was a €12 charge to park my car in their car park. No restaurants were open in the town
Breakfast was good staff helpful.
TV in Room did not work. Coffee machine in room didNot work no bulb in table lamp . No Info in room about wi-fi breakfast times could not contact reception from room. Shutters on windows rattled all night kept us aWake. Though we kept moving them.
Lovely character building, stylish room very helpful staff.
No fridge, couldn’t close window so noisy . Safe in room also unable to use.
The location is great, for such a price we were living in a city center, just 10 minutes from the train station. The room was clean and nice, there were all that you needed: towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, big pillows, water, coffee machine, and TV with Netflix. Big windows in room and bathroom, both with blinds and curtains.Separate respect for a key. The key was a card, and when you leave, you can't close your room without a card from outside, so you won't forget it inside the room. That's genius! The breakfast was great! On check-in, you'll need to fill out the form for breakfast - you can pick several items. Everything was so tasty, especially coffee!
Pillows were a bit big, but it depends :)
Location
Having spending a great deal of time searching for and booking 2 comfort rooms I was very disappointed when on arrival our friends were given a room at the front of the hotel with a street view (as shown in the booking advert and was lovely) for us to be given a room at the back of the hotel with a view of a wall and cigarette butt covered slightly smoke smelling room. My disappointment was further added to after paying a €150.00 security deposit for the rooms to then find that our sink was smashed & cracked. We were only offered another room next door (same view) and this had damage to the bathroom door and the paint on the bathroom ceiling and walls was pealing in many places. I feel that although we had paid for a comfort room we had been given a standard room at best and I was not impressed by the lack of consistency.
Not much. Location was ok.
Breakfast was a joke. Getting 1 string of bacon and 1 hard-boiled egg, left in the fridge overnight is unacceptable. No effort has been made for breakfast.I wish I had chosen the room without breakfast. McDonald's would have been so much better. (by the way, I hate McDonald's)
Lovely People and well supported. Cost performance ratio is very good. Everything good and there are so many shops nearby. Very calm peaceful, feels like home inside a hotel. They have everything required in the room, yes fridge was not there in mine but seldom use.
A little away from the city centre but my visit was to this place so for me it was super convenient.
Central in Esch, okay breakfast
Bad quality for price, old
The staff were quite smart. The breakfast was okay.
The interior was quite dated. Several things in my room were broken. To hold a deposit for that is inappropriate.
