- I was told a few times the temporary fitness center would be open the next day, and then the next day would come, and I was told again it would be open later or the next day.
- The casino was being remodeled and no one informed us before we booked our vaction
- The rooms are dated and smells, the staff went out of their way to help out with fixing the AC filter.
