Pros +
- I loved the location, the restaurants were great and there was a lot of activities on the property. Great views of the sea and nearby historical attractions. Very easy to check in and out. Staff were amazing and helpful all the time.
- Room comfort
- Beautiful grounds. We really enjoyed the time spent outside on the lounge chairs by the water and walking around the grounds.
Cons -
- The floor we were staying on and the room smelled musty. The cleanliness was not the best.I expected way more luxury for the price I paid. The beds were uncomfortable. I had bad back and neck pain every morning from the bed and pillows.
- The live music in the bar/lobby area in the evenings was so loud, it would be near impossible to chat with other people but it was nice if able to sit outside.The room type we booked was not available upon check-in and it took reception a long time to arrange an alternative
- The rooms; I was moved from one room to another
