- The room was well kept and clean. This is a great value for the money spent. I will be returning.
- Very easy access, in the nearest restaurants .
- The hotel was in what seemed like a nice area of Flagstaff- lots of food options and Thorpe dog park was nearby and really nice. The room was tidy and big enough to allow for me to fully unload my car and still have space to move around. Love that it was pet friendly and fee was fair.

- The television remote did not work very well.

- Very close to a busy roadway so kinda loud.
