Very clean and quiet.
The room was not what I was expecting for the amount of money I paid.
Close to everything and the staff was really serviceminded

Floors needed mopping
The best part of the experience was the person at the reception desk, who was super nice and helpful, and he made sure that was was taken care of.

WoW!, Mike is a number 1 dude! He is very customer service oriented! He informed us about the nearby Observatory & Sedona. Since we had never went to Sedona, we did go the next morning. It's worth the 45 min drive to see the scenic beauty. We only stayed for 1 night, driving through to CA. This cute motel is all that you will want if you like small motels, with access to your car being parked right in front of your room! This area might be considered the heart of Flagstaff, businesses are in walking distance, also it's minutes from downtown. Definitely would stay again!
