This property was selected because it was relatively inexpensive (and the hotel photos looked like it was a nice property); it was in fact meaningfully less expensive than an alternate choice.
We called this the “sad dad motel“. The hotel property itself is getting old, and it’s rather dingy; none of the amenities were really operating (very little in the way of food, no restaurant, no room service), except for the gym, which was remedial at best; the parking area seemed to put my vehicle at risk, due to the foot traffic and concerns over area crime. I would not choose to stay here again.
