Easy to find, good breakfast.

Slightly dated decor. We had to ask a question about something that was poorly translated in the guest information binder and the front desk guy muttered to his colleague that the information was in the guest binder as we were walking away.

The location of the hotel.

The reception staff was so rasist that i could rarely see. They treated us very bad, made us wait until they finished counting the coins from the register although the rooms were available. I would not reccommend this hotel.

Easy check-in. Friendly staff, good service.

Location and overall

1. Cost is mentioned as 119 and they charged me 131 euros2. Lift was not working. My room was in 3rd floor.

Could not get wifi tried a few times. TV did not work

Staffs (one staff with whom I dealt) is not helpful. Answered in binary. Not ready to offer any help in the situation that the property lift is not working.

It is not possible to make the room completely dark, so it was hard to sleep after the sunset.

A very clean and very luxurious hotel is LUX and with very kind receptionists. The reception staff speaks very nicely and helps you immediately with any problem. It is quiet in the room, you can rest very well. I recommend Y LOV FLETCHER

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was fine

Really thin walls (woke up trice because of neighbours going to the bathroom). Matrass was poor (heavily used). Stayed here because of the long drive home but I would have rather driven home to sleep in my own bed. Was exhausted of the bad night sleep.

Comfortable bed and large room, reasonably priced.

The hotel is a bit out of the way and you definitely need a car to get to the centre of Heerenveen

Friendly staff and nice location next to a nature area. A nice place to walk after work. Breakfast has what you need. The price is fair. Also like that, they have a restaurant and bar for business travels. You meet fellow travelers easily.

As mentioned by others, the rooms are a bit dated and some things are broken. Lamps not working and things like that. It's more a Fletcher problem than the location.

There was enough choice

The staff were so demotivated, everything you asked for as a chore. During dinner service wasn’t as friendly as could have been. I asked for the invoice when checking out and the response was ‘I don’t know if that’s possible’z

Spacious room, clean and tidy, with lots of facilities. Free parking and good price.

The room is still accessible with a badge card even though the room is locked. Under this circumstance you could not get a whole sense of security. The visits of mosquitoes at night are always annoying.

Stayed here many times. The young man on reception is excellent. He remembered our names from 3 months previous! Being English in this area may be a bit unusual but that was amazing! The hotel is good value for money and reasonably located for our needs. The restaurant is reasonably priced and the service is excellent with very good waiting staff, Well done to all of them.

Breakfast is always my biggest concern here. With a little more effort it could be very good but the best I could rate it would be almost adequate. There is a choice of 3 cereals (muesli, muesli or home made muesli). They have taken the toaster away - why?? This time the cooked bacon was done to a crisp but the scrambled egg had improved. The best part is the bread - not much choice but a nice soft white with a crusty cover - excellent. Ask me how to improve the breakfast!

For that amount of money the place is fine.Hotel breakfast is just okay.

Difficulties in getting things done when it comes to phone calls or by email in English.

There was cold, old furniture, lights doesnt work.Horrible!!

Price and location. Bath did not need much water to be full.

Water tap too difficult to open and close. You need to have strong hands. Toilet had brown iron trace.
