Best Western Plus Intercourse Village Inn & Suites

It was clean, neat the staff was friendly. The place was near everything we wanted.

All is good

The hotel itself was amazing, but the staff is really what put it over the top. I arrived after midning to such a warm welcome from hotel employee, that I was immediately impressed. Every staff member, breakfast, pool, campfire, coffee, all was great.

The only thing is that the lighting in the rooms was a little dark, but overall, that's nitpicking.

Older hotel, but clean and homey. Breakfast is great!

Was hard to get hot water in sink, but I reported this, and it seems to be a priority to fix.

Location and breakfast

Internet speed is a bit slow.

Breakfast, Awesome pool, basketball, Fire pit at night. Great exii of erience

The people are very nice. The pool was clean and warmer than expected.

The first room smelled like BO. I have done crime scene and professional cleaning for almost 40 years. The next room was better, but it still did not smell clean. Breakest was poor. Was better on previous trips.

Amazing hotel! Nice and clean and cozy. Perfectly located. Staff was always helpful.

I had heard so much about the breakfast but it was really basic. I guess they changed it. The eggs were very overcooked, potatoes bland. There was a waffle iron. It's still free and plentiful though.

The hotel staff were all very nice and the breakfast was great. The room was clean and location is near nice shops in the heart of Intercourse, PA.

The only downside is having to walk outside to get to pool area in cold weather.

It is a wonderful hotel and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Its a nice location in the Lancaster area close to shops and restaurants. I love the indoor pool, fire pit a Continental breakfast. My family and I had a wonderful time.

Very clean, nice continental breakfast lots of room in the eating area. Hot tub very nice, plenty of parking.

Not really

Nice location in the heart of Lancaster county. Very clean, great pool and hot tub. Very decent continental breakfast is included

Nice location, hot tub and pool.

Cooler didn¿t work the day before we left. There were ants in the room when we got there. It got 9.7 stars out of 10 so I expected it to be a little nicer.

I stayed here in the past several times. Chose to come back because of the convenience. The restaurant has changed, the eating area was not open for an evening dinner, breakfast that was to be a full breakfast (as advertised) now very plain & not great.

Location is the best but noise from the street kept me awake, they should updrage the window especialy the one on facing the road.

Little bit pricey ($301) a d the manure smell outside hotel.

The friendliness of the employees. The rooms were big and clean. The hot tub was amazing.

Great swimming pool and whirlpool. Good selection of food for breakfast.

Bed was a bit too soft.

The room was clean, the bathroom spotless and the beds were comfy.

The restaurant in the hotel was not busy, but was seriously understaffed and it took a long time to be seated.

So clean, and smells wonderful. Check In staff is friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Super large kings suite w/ whirlpool. Very clean room and lobby. Very nice & very clean pool & hot tub. Pool Building kept up very well & even had restrooms easily accessible by pool. Great location also! Coffee&cocoa in lobby. Had a quiet & pleasant stay

Really cant think of anything we didnt like about our stay here!
